My son hired them to paint our house with 20 foot high ceilings. Dangerous work in its self being that high up let alone painting at that height. The work the did was fantastic and very detailed. Charlie was very helpful in the color selection process with my wilfe and gave us a very nice paint job to our new home. The crew working with Charlie were very nice and helpful in moving the furniture and sttting up as well as cleanup. I will say I could not find a single drop of spilled paint anywhere after the work was completed. I will be only using Charlies Painting LLC. in the future moving forward. Not only were they able to fix this but you couldn't tell where they were if you tried. Having red oak from the 70s, once sanded they were so beautiful, but very red. Diamond state worked with us to make sure the color on the floors would tone down the red tones and bring warmth to our home without feeling too dark. And wow did they deliver! I'm planning a kitchen renovation and that is the only piece I was planning to reuse. I tried to concoct a poultice of my own to remove the stain, but I called Tri-State after reading other positive reviews because I wasn't confident in what I did. Dan answered the phone immediately (yes, a human actually picked up!). He spoke to me at length about my issue and examined photos while on the phone with me. He reassured me that I was on the right track with the potion I used. Dan patiently walked me through recommended next steps. He even said he'd be happy to consult with me if needed, and if I still failed to see improvement after waiting a week for the stone to dry out, then he'd come out. But, he urged me to stick with what I started because based on what he saw, the treatment is working!! I walked away from that call feeling empowered and totally reassured that if I can't fix the issue, it's fixable. Dan stayed on the phone to answer other questions, including finding me a referral to another contractor who could do other work in my kitchen. What luck it was that I stumbled across those reviews and called when I did. I had to write this lengthy review because it's so rare to find a contractor who is honest, patient, and empathetic (not to mention someone who would be willing to take time out of his day to help a stranger).
