Dr. Neri is amazing--super kind, easy to talk to, and really takes the time to explain what's going on without making it confusing or overwhelming. You never feel rushed, and she actually listens, which is rare these days. The staff deserves a shoutout too--they're always friendly, organized, and go out of their way to work around my schedule (which is not easy). They've been super accommodating every time we need to book or reschedule. What really says it all though--my wife goes here, and so do my two kids... and my kids actually like going to the dentist. I came to Dr. Nairy after one of my OLDDD fillings fell out during a dinner. Odette made the scheduling so easy, and they were SO gentle with my mouth. They did a scan, I was really impressed with the technology of the office, so different from the old x rays I had received and they were able to detect everything. Even though I did have cavities, the office did not try to upsell me, and still gave me the best service. The staff is amazing and I cannot feel any difference with my new filling. Offices are very easy to get to. Right off the 101. Staff is very friendly and polite. Was not overbooked so I didn't wait long. I came in because of sensitivity on a molar. Dentist seemed very patient with all my questions and happily explained my options, even illustrated the procedures via photos & videos so that I could understand what she was going to do. Dentist was very gentle working on my teeth explaining what she was doing as to prepare me for what was to come. Parking was $5 bucks but very easy and convenient.
