Oh goodness. I was completely expecting a bad experience after walking in and seeing signs all over the place acknowledging that although they are an urgent care, don't expect to be seen. Appointment patients are the priority. Reinforced by the receptionist in a not so nice way. You literally advertise being an ortho urgent care. Why be so rude when patients walk in asking to be seen. Patient services from the sign and reception should be a 1 star. My son who is so laid back and chill said 'there's literally no one else here except us'. Truly the waiting room was definitely empty and provider rooms were seemingly also empty. The provider agreed to see my son per the receptionist and he, Dr Brown, was absolutely wonderful. He helped explain my son's pain and that there was no cause for concern for fractures or tears in the muscles. Just needs to be PT for his shoulder blades and strengthening. He was fantastic. He did X-rays and reviewed them with us. Just took off one star for the lack of welcoming in the building from the signage and reception. read more

The doctors are great, but they have a systemic scheduling issue. They consistently run at least an hour behind if you don't have the first appointment of the day. I have experienced this in several locations. Even the ER that has zero control of their schedule doesn't make you wait as long as this practice, please do better. read more

I had shoulder surgery and there was absolutely no contact with the office. I called on several occasions asking to speak with the office manager and the physicians assistant. No one ever returned my call. There is a total lack of care for your health and well being. Do not use this facility you will be disappointed and left looking for answers. read more

Had a 945 appointment. Left after 45 minutes and still not seen. The office was WAY overbooked as patients were literally standing waiting for someplace to sit while waiting for their appointment. The experience was reminiscent of a poorly run low income clinic. I was a patient there for a few years prior and have to say the practice has degraded considerably. I have today become a patient of a new orthopedic group. If I could leave zero stars I would. read more

Did you know taping 2 fingers together is considered "surgery"? It is at this facility. And were you also aware "surgery" doesn't even have to be performed by a Physician? Here is the back story... My wife went to Finger Lakes Bone and Joint / Orthopedic Urgent care in Canandaigua as her finger was injured the week before and was not improving. They took an x-ray and indicated the finger was broken but it was too late to do anything other than "buddy tape" the fingers together. "Buddy taping" involves using $.10 worth of medical tape and taping the broken finger to the adjoining finger - the tape was applied to the two fingers by a Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner performed the buddy taping in under one minute. The actual Physician - who I assume looked at the x-ray - never even came in to see my wife. Not an issue considering the diagnosis ... until we found out my wife had just had surgery. We had no dispute or issue with the diagnosis or the "buddy taping" - until we got the bill and found out she was charged over $300 for a "surgical procedure". She was charged $315.59 (before insurance) to be exact. She was also charged for the office visit and the x-ray - and those fees were reasonable and expected - but over $300 to have a Nurse Practitioner tape two fingers together? Believing this had to by some kind of mistake, we contacted our insurance carrier and eventually Rochester Regional Health. Nope. No mistake made. Taping 2 fingers together is "surgery" at Rochester Regional Health. So ... if you believe being charged over $300 to have a Nurse Practitioner perform "surgery" by taping two of your fingers together is reasonable and justified then by all means you should utilize this medical practice. Next time you look at the outrageous cost of healthcare just remember - over $300 to tape two fingers together. read more

Highly recommend the Stasko twins. Highly accommodating and caring. Receptionists aren't the smartest or most reliable or even the kindest for that matter but the doctors far make up for the receptionists. read more

One big Health Care Network that seems not care about people, just cares about your insurance dollars. Dr. David Cywinski has an unacceptable bed side manner, he's rude and lacks any empathy what-so-ever. You ought to be ashamed you let anyone leave your office in as much pain as you let us walk out of your office with little to no hope for some level of immediate relief. When I called, they answer, make NO announcement, just put me into an immediate hold for 7 minutes. AVOID this practice unless you have buckets full of cash you feel like throwing away or you just need a good dose of Rude Insensitive people that are only in the field to suck your insurance dry. read more

Not what I expected from an urgent care. Big sign outside saying they take walk ins. I had to make an appointment. I was told by receptionist that I will have to come back another day. i was made to feel like my time is not important. Urgent care should have a doctor available to take those walk ins. They are rather insensitive. read more
