Appointment patients are the priority. Reinforced by the receptionist in a not so nice way. You literally advertise being an ortho urgent care. Why be so rude when patients walk in asking to be seen. Patient services from the sign and reception should be a 1 star. My son who is so laid back and chill said 'there's literally no one else here except us'. Truly the waiting room was definitely empty and provider rooms were seemingly also empty. The provider agreed to see my son per the receptionist and he, Dr Brown, was absolutely wonderful. He helped explain my son's pain and that there was no cause for concern for fractures or tears in the muscles. Just needs to be PT for his shoulder blades and strengthening. He was fantastic. He did X-rays and reviewed them with us. Just took off one star for the lack of welcoming in the building from the signage and reception.

No one ever returned my call. There is a total lack of care for your health and well being. Do not use this facility you will be disappointed and left looking for answers.

Dr Alexander performed hip replacement surgery on my father and nearly killed him. He caused an…read moreinfection that Dr. Alexander let go on for ten months before deciding he needed to remove apparatus. During surgery he showed up 45 min late in his golf clothes and said surgery would be no longer than 45 min. Three hours later he was done and had broken off three inches of my dads femur, which he never mentioned. My dad nearly died because the infection after this 2nd surgery caused him to be septic. Dr. Alexander said he was fine. B.S. We had to fight to get him moved to another hospital. The other doctor performed emergency surgery and that is how we found out how Dr. Alexander broke off his femur..amongst other surgical errors...Please, don't go to this doctor. he should not still have his license. We have heard other similar stories. My dad never got a penny from this doctor who destroyed his life and made him permanently handicapped.
