They had a full shop that all their equipment. We were able to schedule a drop off time and payment quote before I even ventured to his location. I've seen it too many times where the business owner has barely enough time to explain the cost let alone his availability to even look at your device. Everything is always left "up in the air" as to when and if they'll be able to provide the service they advertise in a reasonable amount. My laptop kept giving me a pop-up at start-up of MSVCP100.dll - ColorUService for a month. Since I am not computer tech savvy. Automatically I assumed this must be Windows 10 related since the pop-up asked me to reinstall the program to fix the issue. Windows 10 was installed on my laptop months prior and read it came with issues. I alerted John of my pop-up and he told me it wasn't a Window issue. It's a virus. John went deep into my laptop's hard drive and found the virus embedded itself into an automatic update for my ASUS laptop. The laptop had McAfee's firewall and virus security installed. But since the virus was embedded. McAfee didn't discover it in the update. After removing the virus, replacing the McAfee with a much more reliable Internet security company. My laptop is once again a mean lean running machine. If I have any more laptop issues. I'll be definite calling Aardvark Computer Renew for my computer to be serviced
