One for the baths/massage and the other after you shower off. They have soap, shampoo, conditioner and you are able to blow dry your hair. They do not have a bathing suit dryer, but do provide small bags. No need for shower shoes/flipflops. You won't be allowed to wear them any way.

It was not explained to her that she could and should use the pools during the time she was waiting. As a result, she enjoyed her short massage, but did not appear to receive the scrub we paid for, nor was she able to enjoy the pools. Since she was waiting in the room for so long, she asked the staff repeatedly whether she needed to do something else or be somewhere else, as she watched many women arrive and head off to their services during the hour she waited there. Staff repeatedly told her to stay put. We are extremely disappointed. No one should be waiting over an hour in a room, especially when they have only 90 minutes total to stay at the hammam. This experience turned out to be frustrating and confusing for her, rather than restorative or pleasant. Exact opposite of the goal. On the plus side, our daughter reported that the hammam itself was beautiful and visually stunning and that she enjoyed the brief massage.

One of my nails had also separated slightly from the gel, so I asked her if she could fix it and she said no problem. She filed away the old color, then pulled out a heavy duty file to file the gel on the broken nail. Within seconds the file had eaten through the gel and most of my natural nail. I actually had to yank my hand away because it hurt so badly. I could tell the nail was damaged, you could actually see a divot in the middle of my nail, so I told her to make that one especially short since it would be so weak. She began shaping the rest of my nails, and as she was filing my pinkie she pressed so hard the file tore my skin and started to bleed. Unbelievable. Predictably about a week or so later the nail that she ruined tore down the middle, and I've had to keep it bandaged for weeks. Do not go here for nail care, the low prices are not worth the pain and damage they will cause!
