There are only two baths -- a temperate jetted tub (which was just a big jacuzzi, except it's not hot), and a small cold bath, which we did not even use since the "hot" bath wasn't hot enough. I splurged for the most expensive package, which got us the whole place to ourselves, a small bottle of cava, and a 30 minute massage, and it was nowhere near worth the €170 price tag. Simplemente no me lo pidieron. Como usuario, si no me dicen que falta un paso, es imposible saber que algo está incompleto. Apenas 15 minutos antes de disfrutar la experiencia, me informan que la reserva no está confirmada porque no se recibió ese supuesto segundo número. Para colmo, en lugar de asumir su falta de comunicación, me culpan a mí por "no saberlo", como si fuera mi responsabilidad adivinar un procedimiento que nunca me explicaron. Me parece inaceptable que un error de información por parte de ellos termine afectándome a mí, haciéndome perder tiempo y generando una enorme frustración.
