The actual person who took my fingerprints was nice but quiet and did not talk or explain what would be happening and just took my fingers and pressed them at her pace. I came here the other morning after visiting Key Realty schools admissions office. My school highly recommended them out of the list of companies provided for fingerprint services. Not in the best area of town, but it was close to the schools admissions office that I already had to drive to. I agree with the recommendation given by the school because of the value... they offered a fair price. The staff was very organized, efficient and friendly. As an RN I have had multiple occasions on which to need fingerprints or photos done for my licensing or for new background checks for new jobs. Over the last 3 years, I have used them often. I was concerned that the COVID-19/coronavirus would shut down all of the available fingerprinting resources and I would not get my current license renewed which is due at the end of April. Right now you can make an appointment and they let in a limited number of people. It is efficient and the pricess protects the client as well as the workers. The front desk girl was very rude to me when I asked why the person was called ahead of me with my appt time being 15minutes ahead of her. She kept trying to say well you are still called back on time. That is not the point at all. I don't care if I am called back on time, it's the point of having an appointment. The other reviews for this place are not made up, are not exaggerating the service, etc. I literally was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I needed a FBI fingerprint card done (brought the card in myself, paid the $15 and sat for like a minute before being called up by Elizabeth). She explained what was being done and by the time all of my fingers were scanned and my card was printed, I was like DAMN! Y'all really are fast. And make no mistake thinking that I might have been the only customer there...there were 3 customers already being helped, and 4 that came in after me. This place is popular. Multiple technicians. Stopped by here for some Livescan fingerprints that I needed to send over to Florida. The place was clean and staff were nice. When I came by, it wasn't too busy so I was assisted right away. They did my fingerprints through the computer so no inks touched my fingers. I thought it was pretty cool because they can send them over without me having to mail my fingerprints. They gave me a receipt saying that my fingerprints were processed and it also had a tracking number. Highly recommend! read more

This place rocks. I was in and out of here in about 15 minutes. I needed an FBI background check and fingerprinting, and they do this electronically for $60. The form was easy to fill out, the girl at the front desk was very professional and knew her stuff. They even do the fingerprinting electronically, which was a nice surprise. I already was able to download my electronic background check preview, and the official one is supposed to come via mail within 5-7 business days. Completely unprofessional !! I came in on a Friday at 1:33 pm. When I came in, I had put my purse down on the desk and was looking through all my paperwork. There was two men in the lobby. One sitting down and one at the desk she was helping. The girl at the front started yelling in a ghetto like fashion at me saying "I cut line in front of everyone and I had to move". I was so embarrassed and shocked by the way she was yelling at me. I calmly stated "that's fine, I am just trying to look through my paperwork and see if I have everything". Also there was NO line. Just the two men, one talking to her when I came in and one sitting down. I also didn't even ask her for help because I saw there was other people. After she rudely yelled at me, I moved to the side of the desk to sort through my paperwork. Then after she was done she sat down at her desk, looked at me and said "you ready now?" UGH!!! So disgustingly rude. No customer service skills at all. I had no idea such a place existed until I needed to get fingerprinted for work. I thought it was really neat to avoid the weird ink fingerprinting ordeal. I initially came in for one thing and ended up getting my passport photo done here as well for $6.00, my wife had hers done about 4 months ago at CVS and I think she paid $12.00 dollars!
