This was by far the easiest process to get my fingerprints completed for my teaching license renewal! I made my appointment online, received a reminder email, and text. This is a cute little shop located in the northwest portion of the large strip mall on Rainbow between Smoke Ranch and Lake Mead next to the AMC theater. There is a lot of parking. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. I let them know I had an appointment and they asked me to check-in via QR code. There is a quick online form to complete and a half sheet to fill out as well. The half sheet will act as your receipt of sorts. Once the paperwork is complete, they took a copy of my drivers license and payment (discount for teachers!) Then they took me into the back and digitally took my fingerprints. Everything took about 20 minutes total and it will all be sent automatically to the Dept of Ed. I honestly have never had this so seamlessly completed. 100% recommend their services! read more

Every staff member I encountered was professional and pleasant. Their services cost 65.00. However, my potential employer gave me a voucher and paid for my services. it was okay. when i got there a younger girl was very awkward.. she wasn't very helpful and honestly a little unprofessional. i went there to get fingerprints done which took them 5 minutes to even figure out what i was talking about even with pictures. the younger girl called who i'm assuming to be a manager of some sort where she proceeded to giggle and laugh about either my situation or someone else, they all seemed like they weren't taking anything serious except an older man in a lab coat. like hey people im glad ur having a great time but people are in here for a variety of reasons and that energy was just super childish. it was younger employees, the girl who took my fingerprints was fine and pretty fast after waiting almost an hour id just go somewhere else next time. Came to get pictures for passports for both my kids. I called before I went because it was the day before Thanksgiving and was informed they were open. Arrived at the location which is in the small shopping center next to the movie theater. There were 2 females and both were so pleasant and efficient. They took my kids pictures immediately and while we waited they even offered me the applications for the passports to take with me! The price for pictures was $10 each, which was daily priced. Didn't have to wait, and didn't have to go to the post office to pick up applications. Will recommend this place anytime! read more
