I walked in and I think the main person was taking a call, so I didn't make any noise as I sat. The lady walks in, and she's jokes central lol. I totally expected to walk in, fill out some paperwork, get my finger prints taken, and get out and think nothing of this place, but they threw a curve ball at me with absolute amazing customer service. From the prime clerk, to the FP-Tech, they were all so friendly and welcoming. It's one of the very few offices I had trouble walking out of because I was enjoying the conversation. Now, to the actual work. They're very very quick, but I did notice that they get super random waves of people. When I got in, there was no one there. 10 minutes later, there was 6 of us there. 5 minutes later, I was done and out, and there was only 1 other girl after me. Have your stuff ready, and trust that they will have all their ducks in a row. You really get the bang for your buck here since it doesn't cost much at all, and they work very efficiently. Family-owned business, they were incredibly friendly to myself and my 2 young kids I had to bring along. While I filled out paperwork, the gentleman at the front desk gave my kids quarters for the quarter machine! Then in the back, the woman first let my kids do some fingerprints with ink and gave them a little souvenir to take home, which kept them happy and occupied when I had to do my live scan. Very professional & conveniently located for those of us on the West & Northwest side of town. Also, they have mobile capabilities & can also come to your place of business, home or office. Weekend & night appointments are also available. Also, be sure to let them know if you will need a money order or not when you make your appointment. I would definitely recommend them. The man at the front desk talked to me and other customers like we were family, at the same time remaining really professional and patient with me (I came in all forgetful and all over the place), checking my paperwork, and telling me what steps I need to take based on my documents besides fingerprinting. He maintained light conversation while other customers and I were waiting and was very pleasant! I told the lady who took my fingerprints that I liked her pen and she gave me an envelope with my fingerprints and said: "This is for you" then gave me her pen and said "and this is for you." Drove in from out of state to be fingerprinted for my Nevada State Nursing License. The gentleman that assisted me at the front office was so polite and hilarious. I was having a so so day and his personality made me laugh and completely turned my day around. Extremely helpful with tips of which hospital to work for and why. The lady that did my actual fingerprinting also was extremely polite and told me exactly what I needed to do to follow up with my prints.
