Again Dawn came to the rescue. She assisted us with the information to deal with the matter. The repairs done were excellent, absolutely no complaints. Bonus...they detailed the inside of my vehicle too AND we did not have to return our Enterprise Rental, Dawn handled it for us, bonus surprise! They said they would be able to fix everything up no problem. After about a week they gave us a call letting us know it was going to take a bit longer. No problem, we know everyone is short staffed. After three weeks in the shop we expected our truck to be fully fixed and ready for us to continue using it as our daily driver. Upon pick up, the only thing that was fixed was a few cosmetic things... the steering wheel was completely out of place, the plastic pieces they took off on the inside where torn off and not put back on properly, plus the car was veering off the road . We let the shop know that the car was not driving at all like it did before the accident. They proceeded to say we were lying. We got a second mechanics opinion and they stated if the car was driving like it is now before the accident, it would show on the tires, which it does not. So we concluded that this would need to be fixed. We let auto body USA know this and they claimed we were still lying and that the truck must not be our daily driver. We tried getting the damages to our car covered under insurance as this was a cause of our accident. Auto body USA proceeded to tell the insurance company that the truck was like this before and we supposedly told them this. Even though they have never even seen our truck prior to the accident. Customer service was terrible, there was no transparency in anything that was done, no quote was given, and extremely unprofessional. We were hung up on when trying to talk this out with a representative and it was like pulling teeth trying to hear back from anyone on the team. Here we are in December, still with a broken truck. Trying to save people from the same trouble we went through!

I wouldn't take your car here for a repair unless you're willing to be stranded without a car and a company that will not compensate for their shitty work.

Check out my history of other reviews. In a quick nut shell Anne and her entire team were outstanding to the fullest extent. Here is what I was looking for: 1) Knowledgeable: This not only includes automotive experience and capability but also familiarity with navigating the challenges of the auto-insurance process. They are very confident with both and for good reason, saving me considerable time. 2) Quality: My Ford Bronco is my baby. They said, "We will treat your vehicle as if it were my mother's" They literally told me this but actually delivered. See attached before and after pictures. Had a few shops give me quotes. While obtaining quotes, Precision spent way more time digging into my Bronco to try and catch everything, opening all the doors, hood, climbing underneath etc. MUCH more than the other shops. Ultimately they actually went above and beyond by also touching up some stone chips on the hood since they had matching paint, including removing a spot of petrified tree sap that I was never able to get off the hood. 3) Value: I always assess value as the proper ratio of price and service. Prices are pretty much dictated by the insurance companies therefor service is a significant factor. On top of the quality aspect mentioned they worked with me a lot. I am an engineer so I probably had MANY more questions than typical for them. Anne and the Technician patiently listened and happily addressed everything I had. They provided honest expectations for anticipated work and timing and ultimately overdelivered on timing greatly minimizing my time without a vehicle. Huge value! My actual repair was in November so I apologize for getting this out much later than I normally would. However with the Holidays I wanted ensure this review did my experiences justice. I hope to never seem them again, but if needed there is no doubt of where I will go!

The jeep they diagnosed it with worn suspension components and brakes. My daugher wanted to do the job so when we pulled her jeep apart it was exactly as Harrington's said. Harrington diagnosed my ram. Again they were right on the money. I replaced more than they said since the truck was apart. Bottom line what they said was wrong was wrong. What Harrington said was right was right. I gladly paid them to diagnose a vechile, then they aligned it. People have gone to this shop with estimates from other shops and Harrington has fixed only what needs to done. I know multiple people and vechiles that have been one and done. This shop is worth dealing with.
