Work was great but the car was not washed or swept or vacumned out before being returned to us. However my biggest problem is they failed to install a boot properly which caused water to get in and mess up our door locks, we had to take our car to the dealer to finaley get it fixed (we thought the problem was in the computer) at a cost of $250. We went back to the owner and we were told "not my problem" its been 6 months so he would not accept any responsability and refused to even split the bill. Needless to say he will not be getting any more of our business.

Also going to fix the seat from a rub of metal on someone pants. So we got it back a week later and it looks like it just rolled off the assembly line as a brand new car. The seat has absolutely no marks on it at all. Outside is like a reflection of mirror it is so clear from swirl marks. If you want you vehicle taken care of they will definitely get the job done. Came with an 8 year warranty on the service. A little on the pricey side but the work is top notch. See from pictures how shiny it is.

She then pulled the one that was unbolted, while I explained again what the real problem was, only to discover the belt was not bolted to the car. I normally would not have complained, but this situation has been ongoing for quite some time. The original problem began after a tree fell on my truck while it was parked in my driveway, damaging the hitch system. Later, my truck was rear-ended, and the hitch stopped working properly again after the bumper was replaced. After multiple repair attempts, the issue still wasn't resolved, which led to understandable frustration on my part. Fortunately, another technician was able to diagnose and correct the problem within a matter of minutes. While I wish the repair had been completed correctly sooner, I do appreciate management's willingness to listen and follow up on my concerns.
