After speaking with Jeff, post me losing my cool with Andrew, he found a different system that had to be custom made to work. So in Jan, MIS took out the failed system that they installed and replaced it with a modified system that functions perfectly. They worked to fix a problem that was not an install issue. It was a component issue. It took time and they got it right. Since they were willing to work with me and provided me a functional infotainment system I had them also install a front and rear dash cam system. I really appreciate the customer care. Thanks

Not…read moreonly did it crap out after 1.5 years, but the person who installed it left my car computer dangling by the gas pedals, and the remote only worked within 50 feet. To make it all somehow worse: when I made the appointment that October, they were booked out till January. My appointment finally comes, and I get a call saying that the technician has COVID and the earliest they can see me is March. So I went the whole winter I had expected to have an auto starter with no auto starter... Turbo Tim's recommended this place to me since they don't do auto starter's, and I am THRILLED with my experience. They had appointments within a few days, the prices are incredibly fair for great models that include the price of installation, the technicians were friendly and super knowledgeable, the starter actually works as advertised, they left my car in better shape than they found it (by putting my computer in its place), and I got a discount because they were able to reuse some pieces from my old starter. Could not have asked for a better experience and will be recommending this place to anyone looking for an auto starter.

They didn't offer nights/weekends so I arranged to take off work and get a ride. When I showed up it was a scary little garage. Even though I was skeptical I decided I would give the small business a try. They couldn't find my appointment. They texted "john" and expected me to wait for him to maybe text back and determine if he could do the work. After waiting 10 min "john" never texted back. They also let me know that there was an extra $145 expected in addition to the Groupon price??? That is more than the price of the original Groupon. What a scam. I left and requested a refund from Groupon. This place is horrible. Never go there.

During install they Broke a part on my car that automatically unlocks my doors when touching my handle. They Replaced the part though which is nice and Installed Bass knob as well, but it took 3 weeks to get both parts in the shop then I had to drive all the way back and leave my car overnight for the 2nd time. And now I have noticed that my Bass knob and Amp wasn't tuned Properly. Now I have to go back to a different shop to get them to tune everything properly. Communication was not good. Took an average 4 days to hear anything back from anyone there. I did not have these problems when I went to a different Audio shop. I have seen great reviews on this place, so I decided to try these guys. Sadly, I feel I didn't get the best Quality business I thought I would get.

Maaco's estimate was half of what one of the competitors nearby was (something about not being able to blend the paint and this particular color was very difficult). You might know the routine.
