I needed the compost dumped in one spot as I am sharing it with my neighbor and the mulch in a different spot closer to my garden. He picked up the materials in a timely manner, dumped them in the 2 designated areas and even put a tarp under each pile and the two materials did not get mixed together at all even though they were in the same trailer. I was impressed that with such a big trailer he was able to dump the mulch within feet of the gate I will be using to bring it into the garden. Paul has also done elm removal for me and other yard work and always does a thorough job and does not leave a mess behind or wreck anything like bricks or pavers or other yard decor in the process of removing the elms and carries away all of the debris. I sent videos of all of my yard. They did not show up until 2pm and he left his wife here by herself after about 20 min. He came back apologized and said he'd be intact to finish the job and they packed up and left, due to it started raining, and were gone by 5pm. They didn't even fill 1 garbage bag. This was over a week ago and I was just contacted by the wife that she was going to come over and work on my yard, just herself, at 12:30. I basically said never mind and asked what I owed for the time "they" spent here. I got an invoice for over $300! Granted their estimate that said not to exceed $500, did say minimum $300, but I was told on the phone that was for a full days work with 2 people, not for an hour with one person. I asked them to adjust their invoice to reflect work that was actually done and was told this is the minimum and they'd put a lien on my house. Needless to say my yard is still a mess. Run don't walk away from these people. See invoice below; they used half a trash bag and trimmed a 2'x3' section of bushes. I have before and video and video of them coming and going at times I've stated here. I have no problem paying for the work that was actually done.
