THE WORST hair salon experience of my life. Rude, incompetent, unprofessional and discriminatory, this place should be AVOIDED at all costs. I called before showing up to confirm that they handle textured hair. They said that's what we do... However, From the moment I walked in, I was treated like an inconvenience. They had me waiting for over an hour the first time, then complained about "too much textured hair" and forced me to come back a month later with my hair half done -- looking worse than when I arrived. They also blew my hair out too. My hair was curly and shrunk again a few hours after I left. I arrived first thing in the morning on my day off just few minutes late my second appointment, and Kaylee -- unskilled, disrespectful, complains a lot, who handed me over to an apprentice because I have too much hair -- refused to touch my hair, citing my "lateness," even after I explained the road issues and the fact that they didn't seem to value others time the first time around. Kaylee harped AGAIN on how much hair I have. The owner then told me they refuse MY service. Thats when I KNEW this wasn't because of being a few minutes late, it's something else and their micro aggressions spoke volumes about that. Let me be clear: this wasn't a minor annoyance that I paid $450 dollars for the first time for a job half finished, I was treated with blatant disrespect, microaggressions, and racial bias. This salon is a nightmare for anyone with "textured" hair. Rude, careless, unprofessional, and frankly, racist. Do yourself a favor and run, do NOT waste your time or money here. read more

Service wasn't terrible but I specifically stalked a girls page because I am very very picky with who does my hair and the girl I selected didn't do my hair 90% of the time. Also zero personality from the selected girl. Kind of an attitude actually...My hair tuned out okay (not ruined at all) but it wasn't at all what I asked for....paid a lot of money for it and wasn't really happy. Also...if you think my hair is somewhat damaged that's cool I don't need to hear it 50x...I don't believe it is THAT damaged and it happens with lightening no matter what...mention it and then sell me product to fix it...no one wants to hear that over and over again. will never set a foot @ this place again. my wife made an appointment for 3 o'clock, we got there on time, the receptionist said she is just finishing. exactly at 3 o'clock then she took someone else instead of my wife, that she had to wait till she is finished with the new person to get done. you know how to make an appointment but don't know how to honor it. a simple hair cut was 80 dollars. was not the problem my wife and I have gotten hair cuts there before. If you are in need of a blonde stylist look no further! Priscilla is the absolute best! I've been going to her over the last year and could not be happier. She gets me to the color I want every time! Priscilla takes the time to know exactly what you are trying to say to get you to your desired look. She doesn't mind if you bring in pictures of styles and hair colors. She is honest to what color she can get your hair to be with it still being healthy. I spend a lot of time in the sun and she will do what's best for your hair and you! Beyond disappointed w the owners after product I purchased there ( $256 for extensions) was stolen & they refused to replace them. Luckily you are already aware that I have my receipt which clearly shows the deposit for the extension $100 & the cost for the pkgs when I came to have them done $156. I clearly understood that was for the product only. Bellismas website has the retail price at $270. Your salon gets an hefty discount. Lying won't help you. I saw your complaints on the BBB website and you never settle a complaint, and I never asked for a refund. I also recorded the conversation because I have nothing better to do w my time. Around 22 were used from 2 pkgs- there were quite a few leftover. Gabby, the stylist, insisted on holding them in the salon, I had wanted to take them w me. She said it was the salon policy to hold them for customers. Over $400 plus tip spent. Unfortunately, Gabby is no longer there. Neither is the following hair stylist I tried after her. Fiore & Ela's stylist Liz had been told by Gabby where the extensions were in case I wanted more added in. And now the extensions are gone. First the owners said it wasn't their policy to hold them. Then they said I waited too long to get them. It was an awful job & I wasn't planning on returning. I tried to rectify this matter over the phone, but the co owner was sarcastic , kept insisting to whoever was listening that I was threatening her??? She barely allowed me to speak, played the victim & was a bully- stating that I actually didn't pay for what was held under my name- that the 22 pieces of hair was $256 for the product - the 2 full pkgs w 80 pieces was $300 retail according to mgmt. That doesn't make sense. I found the website Fiore & Ela ordered from & full retail, w/o their discount, would be $270. I'm completely disappointed in Fiore & Ela's lack of concern & unprofessionalism for their mistake. But I'm thankful that I found an excellent salon in Naples. I had an appointment today with Zara and she could not get the right side to blend properly with the top. I went back into the salon TWICE to get it right. After two failed attempts at revising the haircut, I asked for my money back because my hair still wasn't blended properly. After a few minutes of waiting, the two owners approached me regarding the situation. All I got from them was gross attitudes and not even the slightest apology for the inconvenience. They acted like I was the problem because they thought I was being hyper-critical. This ain't my first rodeo. I know what a bad haircut looks like and that's what I got from Fiore + Ela. I'm not sure what is wrong with these people but I was nothing but polite when I asked for my money back and all I got in return was horrible attitudes from blatantly pretentious business owners. I had my hair cut at this location and was extremely unsatisfied with the way it turned out. I asked for an angled cut at the front, to trim the dead ends, and explicitly said that I did not want layers. I left with harsh lines in my hair that make it look like I have layers that are 3 inches different in length. I paid $100 for this service and it is safe to say this salon is not worth it. Not only was the quality of the cut awful, but all of the employees were also unprofessional and talking about another client in front of me. I was the only client in the salon the whole time which should've been enough of a red flag. I hoped I had made a safe bet with who cut my hair, seeing that she was listed as an educator on the website, but I think I could've done a better job cutting my hair myself. I am in outside sales and the way I present to clients is paramount. I am disappointed in the colorist who attempted corrective color. She refused to lowlight my hair to provide the dimension I was seeking. She highlighted my entire head with baby highlights which only changed the solid color to a slightly different solid color than I started with. She told me to live with it until my natural color grew back to provide dimension. I paid $220 with the $20 referral discount and tipped on top of it. I called the next day to say I was unhappy and the salon told me there would be additional fees around $100 to put the lowlights in that I originally asked for. All I received was attitude from the receptionist and the stylist refused to speak to me. I should have known better when presented with a waiver to sign before the stylist started the appointment. read more

First time here. I needed my roots touched up and a trim. The lady did a very good job and I love it. However, I expected to pay around $100, root touch up and a trim isn't that expensive. When I went to pay, it was almost $200!! I looked at my receipt and there were a couple charges of $20-$27 that I did not ask for. $59 for my color(okay) $59 for my "cut", two additional color??? worst salon ever. my daughter got her hair cut and colored there for a total of 367 give or take i dont remember the exact total with tabitha who was amazing and did a great job. went back 4 weeks later for a tone total paid was 40 included hair being blow dryed and flat ironed. when we tried to make another appointment for toning we were told tabitha was no longer with them and they set her appointment with damais . when we got there told my daughter ok we are going to tone you and ask of she wanted a trim or anything and my daughter said sure just a tiny bit and trim my bangs please. said ok well let me just tell you she hacked at my daughter's bangs even took thinning sheers' to them who does that? i don't know what she did to my childs' hair but it's definitely not what she said she was doing and not what we asked for not only did she do whatever she felt like doing she then has the audacity to charge my dauther 212. my daughter has to pin her bangs to the side because the cut is awful and there sooo short !!! we have tried calling several time and keep getting hung up on. we have also filed a compliant with the bbb!!! never never never go to this salon. they are awful !!! read more
