Wash, trim, and curl enhancing treatment was done. Krystal is my person due to my curly hair. She is so down to earth. I have a difficult time finding someone that knows about curly hair. In my case, it developed later in life (so I was at a loss with what I needed to do). The receptionist is always so helpful and friendly. I feel the pricing is about average. read more

Three strikes and you are out. Sent my daughter in for a blowout and curls for prom. They tried to send her home with rollers. What the heck? I insisted she go back and get it done properly. They attempted to "fix" it. Looked like she rolled out of bed. Charged $82 for nothing. I could have done better on my own. Never again. read more

I went expecting greatness from all their posted reviews; but did not get what I asked for. the woman was 15 minutes late for my appointment, didn't give me a zero bald or hard part. I was also told I couldn't get my hair dyed cause it was too short. it was cramped, full of old people drunk, and when she washed me my entire collar and back of shirt was soaked. she also said she trimmed my ears but didn't do it or cut around them. my head has weird sides where a zero should have no sides. it was not worth the money and I'll never go back.the vibe was too posh for the work I got done. read more

I booked a wash, trim, and hot tool style with Lorenay a week in advance and was quoted for $85. While the cut was nice, she rushed me out after the blowout, saying there wasn't time to curl it. An assistant eventually stepped in, but it took her over 40 minutes to curl my hair, making me late, and I was charged extra for my "thick long hair". No one apologized for the delay or the booking mistake. Though I tipped both ladies and appreciated their efforts, I left disappointed with the experience and the final result. read more

I happened to be on overnight, and in need of a haircut. I called in the morning and was able to get right in. I met one of the owners and Crystal (sorry if I'm misspelling that??) who did an exceptional job on what's left of my hair. She told me that she had some tricks she'd picked up from doing hair her entire life, and I think it came out amazing! She was super personable, very friendly and understanding, extremely well versed in how to handle my hair- I couldn't say enough of this salon and the care they took of me. They offer color, highlights, cuts, styling, eyebrow & facial waxing, pedicures and manicures, etc. I've had nothing but positive service everytime I've gone. I asked for a balayage for my already bleached hair since it was very orange toned. The lady who did my hair made it purple grey and left the orange streaks in my hair. I also asked for layers which weren't added. It was so bad, I called the next day in hopes they could fix it. The owner was VERY UNDERSTANDING. She did not charge me and fixed my hair. The lady who fixed my hair did An amazing job and I will be returning to here. Also gave me a free hair mask. Just be careful who you schedule with. read more

I recently had my hair colored for the very first time (I'm 25) and was extremely nervous about making the drastic change to my hair, and honestly I just chose this salon due to the FGCU discount. I could not be happier with the results! Elizabeth did such an amazing job explaining multiple specific options for the coloring that I wanted and gave me tips on styling/products for the new color. She even helped me take a few pictures of myself at the end to send to my friends. I highly recommend the salon and specifically Elizabeth, she is simply wonderful! She respected that I am not the talkative type during appointments but also fully answered my questions when I had any. Went there yesterday for highlights and a haircut. Being a transplant from Connecticut I had already been to two ok places that really didn't cut it! I had a young man named Johnny. I can tell you that this stylist is absolutely amazing! I have not ever had better highlights and exactly what I was looking for! Make an appointment with Johnny and you will not be disappointed! Not a good experience ! First appt for base dye -I brought my color "recipe" with me & chose this salon because it advertises Redkin which was my "recipe". They advertise Redkin but no longer use it. Left with ring of dye around my head & eyebrows that lasted 10 days!! Is barrier a big deal for this salon-? Apparently so---had to go back the next day to add highlights around face due to the obvious dye line of demarcation--but they did fix it & not charge. Fast forward 5 -6 weeks & tried them again -same stylist. Appt for base dye -highlights & cut. $161 + $30 tip. Went north & on day 2 noted gray hair all over--called & they got me in a week later. Back to fla.--I waited 55 mins because stylist was backed up due to prior clients 30 min late arrival---ok people its 90 degree +---finally get in chair & show stylist grays--she says I only did highlights & a cut that's why.---what?!! And I had to ask for that cut last week in the chair because it wasn't noted in appt. schedule. 2.5 hrs the week b4 for highlights & cut!?!?! 90 mins later I have roots covered - and a line of dye again because highlights were done last week! Dye all over hairline & sides of face --I say ty & go to leave & was stopped to pay $77 for the dye today!!! Really 4 visits for 2 appts to fix their application & miscommunications?! Made me wait outside in 90 degree heat! Total =$ 258 for base highlights & cut (aka/straight across no layer trim) --& $30 tip from last week $288!! And not balliage highlights just reg foils! It was truly disappointing. I receive a gift and there was no information on the card that the card has a expiration date. also called a while ago to confirm that there was no expiration date and that there was no monthly fee taken of the card and was told there was not. went to the salon to find that was not true and that after a certain period of time the gift card can not be used there. it was disappointing and I will recommend not to go there since they do not know the rules of the gift and were either misinformed or lied. read more

As always, my experience at Salon Adrian was exceptional. That is probably because my visit begins with the shampoo which includes a head and neck massage. Because of Jeri's level of artistry I have confidence to allow her to do whatever she wishes to my hair.
