So just know that if you move in here and you plan on having a lot of guests they will probably have to park on the street and walk into the park. Also even though there are cameras it doesn't seem like anybody's ever watching them because quite a few people still let their dogs poop without picking it up. But other than those two issues this is a lovely and affordable place to live.

I have three gardens that many people enjoy. I absolutely love the people that I have met here! So many people with different backgrounds and different lives from my own. So different from living in a suburb where fewer people are out and about, friendly and feeling secure in this community. Management are great and very caring and responsive. The gardeners work very hard and they keep the grounds and gardens thriving. Residents can live a very solo life or be involved in the social gatherings on Holidays. Trails throughout the park for walking that also connect over to Temelec pathways. The bus stop is located right outside the main entrance. (There's another stop by the second entrance, but no bus stops there.) They have community garage sales & occasional parties in the clubhouse. The pools nice but beware of a crazy lady who pops out of nowhere & likes to act like the manager. There are certain times dedicated to family/ kid swimming. This lady has shown up on multiple occasions telling me and others we have to leave the pool or she'll report us. She took pictures of my family as well to "tell on." Even though we sign in & go during the designated family time. It's hard to enjoy the pool when this nagging, irksome bat pops up and hovers around, spreading negativity.

They are kind, organized, helpful, make this park beautiful and run it like a well tuned engine. They are not only our managers, they are our neighbors and friends to everyone here. We are so fortunate to have people in our park who fight for the rights of all mobile home parks in Sonoma County. We have rent control in place at this park. I feel safe here. We all look out for each other. Our location to everything from shopping, Howarth Park, wonderful walking paths close by; well maintained club house and swimming pool and grounds; is the best in Sonoma County! Most importantly, I was teaching a Zoom class one day that meant I had to have fast internet and a quiet space. I called ahead and got a full lay of the land - great customer service by phone and on site. The space was comfortable, including outside space for some sunshine, food nearby for lunch, nice amenities while being there, and the private space for teaching my class was terrific! And the NEW management I feel goes above and beyond to make the park welcoming and up keep nice. The pool area that's been redone has turn out great,and the work in the club house is turning out awesome and has a more updated feel to it. There is lots of fun activities to do as well. If your thinking of moving here DON'T the women who run these mobile home dont give a shit about…read moreanybody but themselves we have lived here roughly 4 years and every 11 months they raise the rent $100.00 and there's always some excuse for it we were living in one mobile home and they came to us and said someone was buying the mobile home we were in so they made us move in one day and then on top of that they made me move a washer and dryer to the mobile home we moved out of then come to find out the people didnt buy the mobile home they just didnt like the one they had us move into and I can understand why everything was screwed up the cupboards are crooked in the kitchen and the fan in living room was filthy and the faucets for the washer were screwed up so when I went to move them to put ours in there water sprayed all over me and the carpet not only that the front of the mobile home was torn up had holes in it and finally after they raised our rent twice they finally fixed it and then when we had problem with shower faucet they have some lady that had no idea what she was doing to fix it so now when we use shower more water comes out of faucet then what comes out of shower head. There was holes in the walls from pictures from last tenant. And the sliding doors in bedrooms have never worked. The kitchen sink doesnt have enough water coming out to wash dishes it takes forever and the sprayer doesnt work properly. We went from paying 1560.00 a month to 1890.00 a month for if you ask me a shithole and the funny part is nobody has every got there deposit back because they keep the money and say the house wasn't clean. So I dont expect to get my 1500.00 back. So I'm reporting the one lady who is on social security to the government for fraud and I hope shes happy paying the money back to the government haha. So if your smart be careful because they own two of them on mcdowell if there names are Patti or Pam run dont rent from them. Nobody in the park likes them because they treat you like shit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS…read more If I could rate zero stars, I would! S.O.S. Warning We have been beyond disappointed by their "service." We signed up for their virtual mail box in Santa Rosa in December 2020 and immediately we unable to login to our online portal. We tried to reset our password using the forgot password feature on their website and never receive the email to reset it. We have tried to contact support to have someone help us reset password and no one has been able to do so and we keep getting instructed to logon to our online portal and going to the help section to open a query when our problem is literally that we cannot login to our account. So frustrating. They were automatically deducting from our checking account we originally paid with in December 2020 and we've gotten threats for extra admin fees or late payments. We've been contacted by debt collectors on invoices we already paid to Regus. They do not accept payments at the office in person or on the phone. Only online and no one will help us get into our account. When we went in they said we haven't gotten any mail even though it has been months but told us we could sign up for the mail forwarding service if we wanted. We read the BBB rating on them a little too late which they are not BBB accredited, have an F and many, many complaints (more than we've ever seen a company have on BBB) so please reconsider if you are thinking about doing business with them--they are criminally immoral and just flat out scammers. It seems that ever location sucks equally but our experience is with the Santa Rosa Location. Will be reviewing anywhere we can so hopefully no one else has to go through what we have.. we are a new company and thought that they would help us by having a professional address for our mail but now we may be having to get a lawyer to defend us if they take legal action to uphold our contract with them. We pray we can get this sorted out without further heartache or it affecting the success of our business. Please please please don't take only our word for it! The emergency parts employee called me back about an hour later, telling me he had the parts but could not sell them to me on off-hours. What is the point of an emergency parts line if you will not help people with an emergency? I had to drive an hour and a half to get the parts I needed. I like to support local businesses, but with customer service like this, I will take my business elsewhere.
