This shop is one of the best I have seen. I have had so many complements on my tats. The three reviews that gave this shop a low rating. Shame on you. This seems like a vicious attack on this establishment based on the dates of the three reviews, June 20, 21, and 22 of 2016. First to set the record straight, the person who so call contracted the alleged flesh eating bacteria has a skin disorder that she did not disclose to the tattoo artist at the time. Second, the aftercare is the individuals responsibility. My resources stated this person did not follow those instructions either. Other accusations such as dirty needles....this I laughed about. Every needle these artist have come individually packaged and opened last once tray is prepared and in front of you. I have had six tattoos done by this establishment as well as numerous touch ups of older tats. I want to also comment on the individual that stated the work looked chewed up...... Shut up! Your only adding this comment for your friend. As you see on their sites, these tats are not chewed up. What ever that means. This is a case of one individual that did not disclose pertinent information, did not follow aftercare instructions and has friends in cahoots to damage the reputation of this establishment. I had the worst experience with the owner. I ended up with a very deep infection because the tattoo was done too deep. I ended up in the hospital. All I asked for was the refund despite having to deal with what I've gone through. Then was refused a refund and threatened to be sued because of this horrid experience and simply asking for advice on my own Facebook account. I went to another shop to see what they had to say and I was immediately advised to contact a lawyer and file a report with the health department. I have been to Fire and Ice twice. Both times Anna tattooed me and did a fabulous job. She is the only person here in North Carolina that I will have tattoo me now that I have moved here from California. She is always professional, very sweet, clean, and obviously very artistic. I couldn't be happier with the results of my gypsy girl "Jade". She also took out a back dermal piercing for me that I had pierced years ago back home that ended up getting very infected. She did a great job and kept me calm through the whole thing. If anyone has had to go through this you know how bad that hurts!! Not only have I had two piercings from Fire and Ice, but I have had three tattoos as well as my husband had some work done. Anna is like family to us, she did both mine and my husbands tattoos and they turned out amazing. They are very well priced, a very clean shop as well as an amazing atmosphere of people that make you feel comfortable and like family. Even when we move out of Fayetteville we will always go back to Fire and Ice to see Anna and have more work done. I would and have recommended this shop to lots of people, I work in the customer service field and my tattoos on my wrist are always out and I recommend them to customers that compliment my work all the time. read more

I got tattooed by mark when he was still at shooting star tattoo so I don't really know about the shop but what I can say is that it's always an honor to get tattooed by a fellow Army veteran. I got a full sleeve done by mark in 3 days straight. I told him my idea what kind of sleeve I wanted and the great thing about Mark is he's a true artist so he gave me his suggestions and told me what would work and it turned out amazing. Probably the best experience I've ever had getting tattooed just love shooting the shit with this guy for 6 hours straight. First and most important all of the artists here are amazing and professional. All of them live for what they are doing and take great pride in ALL the work they do. They not only take great pride in their work, but also in their work space and the equipment they use.....including their needles. Both myself and my husband have and will continue to come here and will encourage anyone who will listen to do the same. I've gotten 5 tattoos from Fire & Ice and all of them were done beautifully by an amazing artist Anna. This is a great tattoo shop with very talented artists and I highly recommend this place! Anna has done. My half sleeve my full sleeve and or more tattoo on me and she has done tremendous work . I wouldn't have anyone else do my tats. I will go back again and again over and over to her and she also tells you how to exactly take care of a tattoo like what to do and what not to do to prevent infections and other problems . Me and my wife got tattoos done for 9-11 the artist was very professional the owner was also professional the needles were pulled out in front of us and the artist was even willing to touch up some work that was done somewhere else at no additional charge will be returning to this business for more work and for touch ups. read more

Beautiful shop!!! Clean and well put together. My best friend and I got matching tattoos done a couple of weeks ago. All healed fine with no infections. Booths were clean and needles were taken out of packaging in front of us. Disregard other reviews. Staff is as sweet as could be. Definitely a return customer. read more

Met these guys at the expo in Wilmington NC. I saw some great work come out of that booth with very friendly artists and nothing that would make me think they were unsanitary as one reviewer claims. I plan to drive to Fayetteville to get my next tattoo from them as well. read more
