Great food truck! The wait was about 10 minutes for our food. There were 3 food trucks total. It's great to have that variety of different foods. We chose fire and knives after a long day of swimming. The drinks were served at a nearby brewery that was on the lot rather than the food truck it's self, which we didn't mind, because the staff there were so kind and what a drink variety! They had all sorts of alcoholic drinks, but they also had plain water and some fountain drinks like tea and soda! The food was more pricey than need be, but it was overall worth it for the delicious bbq. The employee was friendly and he served us with a smile. He showed us around the lot while our food cooked and made sure we had what we needed. It's so nice outside and they have a family seating area and some games. They'll soon open a storefront as well by the Dominos in Molalla! read more

Worst BBQ of my life. I ordered brisket and pulled pork. The brisket was dry and all chopped up and mixed with the sauce. It was also cold and looked like it was dished out with an ice cream scoop. The McRib is a better representation of BBQ than whatever they think they serve here. read more

I don't like to leave bad reviews and this was the only place to eat at a local event, however it needs to be pointed out that customer service is not great, and the quality of food is pretty poor. Two piece chicken meal was cold and mediocre, the pulled pork and "big bubba" was cold and not good at all. Super fatty with skin pieces in it and honestly unsure of what exactly was in the "big bubba," looked more like pot roast. The potato salad tasted like regular plain potato salad you buy at the grocery store and the "pineapple coleslaw" tasted like store bought pre-made cole slaw with canned pineapples added.... Despite being super hungry, I ended up throwing away almost all of our meal. Would not choose to eat hear again. read more

We decided to try this as it was new to Molalla. Wish we didn't as the food is not good. BBQ chicken meal had 2 small pieces of pre-cooked chicken that was cold and makes Safeway rotisserie seem like a gourmet feast. Also had the pulled pork which was cold and not really pulled, more like chunks and fatty skin and all was covered in sour coleslaw. Really disappointed with the whole experience. The first clue should have been when I asked is it fresh and how long to wait. Answer, "Shouldn't be long, maybe a couple minutes." Definitely got the food in a couple of minutes and definitely not the quality you expect from a good food truck for $21. My suggestion, don't bother. Not worth it. read more

I'll give this place no stars! I was here on 7/20/2020 around 4pm. I read the sign that they were out of potato salad, I placed my order and got 1 order chicken meal and 1 order of their rib meal. I asked, "since you guys are out of your potato salad can I get a side of your Mac & cheese to replace the potato salad?" The guy who takes my order says, "yes." I get my food, I take it home and open the containers of my meal to find no Mac & cheese! He gives me 2 crappy slices of watermelon and 2 pickles along with the coleslaw. I taste the coleslaw, I liked it, it was good. But my chicken and pork ribs were straight up cold. Chicken was still RAW! I'm disappointed and would not go back here ever again! You be better eating right next door at the Mexican food truck! read more

Had heard good things so finally tried this place. Honestly, it's just nothing special. We got basically one of everything to try it all. The Mac and cheese was very bland and tasted several days old. It was refrigerated and reheated in styrofoam. Not shockingly, it tasted like the container. The ribs were just ok. The brisket told. All of the came off as reheated Costco food- just ok, not great. I didn't sense anything was original or made with any passion. Kind of a bummer. We so badly need some dang restaurants! My BF and I went here tonight for dinner after a long day of fishing, and this is now my new fav BBQ place. SO GOOD. The brisket/pulled pork is so good (The sauce is so good I could drink it), and we were so surprised by the coleslaw! It was full of pineapple and had a great kick! My BF normally gives BBQ sides a pass until after the meat (Most BBQ joints, the sides are just there so you feel like you ate a veggie), but he inhaled his coleslaw and potato salad (Also yummy!) immediately and wished for more! This place was a disappointment in almost every way. 1. Ordered the smoky burger and it wasn't anything special. Pickle was missing. Sauce tasted like Hunts. Meat was a frozen patty. 2. Water from this place is awful. Tastes like the pipes were dirty. 3. Fries were good but you get very little. We ordered 3 sides of fries and he brought one, with one fry sauce. Our kid ate them all. When I asked where the other two sides were the server/cook said all three sides were placed in one basket. If this is true, each side of fries is about 6 fries ($2 a side). I'd also like to be asked before everyone's food being placed together. 4. Our server (maybe the owner?) was very nice but I always question the food safety when one person is cooking, taking cash and being the server. I didn't notice any hand washing going on... I was only charged for 2 of the 3 sides of fries I ordered. How nice, seeming how we only got one. Obviously, I won't be back. read more

So we saw this place on our way back from a day of fishing. It was a small seemingly family owned and operated place. Our waitress, a delightful little girl, was very polite and on top of things. I got the brisket and the mac n cheese. I also got a chance to try the fries. Everything was amazing, the brisket was great and the coleslaw served with it was amazing. The cherry smoked pork ribs are good, better than most in the Portland area. The pulled pork was very good also. The cowboy beans are tasty, lots of favor, but the best was the Hawaiian coleslaw! Went here with a group of 4 for a Saturday lunch. The bbq lasagna sounded really good but unfortunately was ready yet. So we ordered the brisket sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, brisket quesadilla, and pork ribs. All were REALLY good!! I personally loved my ribs and can't imagine ordering anything else now. Really good bbq sauce and fresh cut fries! The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is for the lack of the lasagna and smoky smell. I will definitely go back! read more

Went for my first time today. Was not very busy, which I consider a plus. Very good and quick service. Highly recommend the fries and awesome sauce. Some of the best you'll find anywhere. So to start off we saw their little set up at Portland meadows. We were hungry and decided to try it. The sign said $10 for a double cheeseburger. And it turns out it was 12. Then there was no cheese bcuz they were out. The slaw was actually good. Though the rice had way to much smoke flavor and the veggies seemed to be about 3 days old. Great addition to this small town! They brisket is delicious and my personal favorite! Smoker is out in the back parking lot and makes you crave a good samich! Fries and side are yummy too. The employees are very friendly and cater to any request within their ability. Going to be a great summer for this place. I love that it's all homemade and good quality ingredients.
