Unbelievable that you call a wrong number and give that much data to strangers in a voicemail. I called their monitoring line (248) 559-8609 out of goodness of my heart to ask them please reach the person again and the woman on the line was beyond rude, she could not care less, dismissive, bad attitude, never grasping fire safety urgency. "Lady" I did your company a favor by calling back, because was worried about the account holder safety. Howard was one of the installers of our security system in 2006; we've had very few issues with the…read moresystem and the folks at ASP and their monitoring station have always been prompt to respond. Most of the time it's easily remedied, often without the need for a service call. We're glad to see that Emily is actively involved in the business, and that she's taking ASP forward into the future (this website is a good example of this). With the impeding loss of 3G service we have ordered an LTE wireless communicator, and I intend to self-install it (as I have experience as a former Ameritech tech), but I know that ASP will be available to assist me if necessary. Their attention to detail and unrivaled support are the primary reasons why we're still loyal customers today!
