He was polite and very informative. I am no longer cold because he lit my pilot, my stove, activated my dryer and lit my water heater. I would recommend Saul to anyone. He's awesome!

I had to find out on my own that they had come and serviced the meter, which involved getting air in the lines. When I called to ask if someone had been there, to try and figure out what is going on with my gass, they refused to tell me anything and wouldn't even admit that they'd sent anyone until today, when I called back to complain. They didn't send a technician to fix the issue, just someone to "look" into it because they are completely not to blame for the last guy screwing up the job. Also don't forget it's their property so to heck with their customers and how it negatively impacts their home without them knowing. Today, I called again to check when they'd sent the bad technitian and to let them know how frustrating this has been. The woman I spoke to didn't want to listen. She talked over me, threw out scripted policy excuses, and wouldn't even bother to note that this whole process has been stressful and disruptive. All I wanted was for her to recognize that sending someone without telling me first is unacceptable and causes a lot of unnecessary trouble. But she refused to acknowledge any of it or take any note. It's pretty clear they don't really care about their customers, they just want to hide behind policy and ignore the mess they cause.
