I know Singletrack is known for electrical but they are equally competent in the other areas they service. When they arrived today to perform the work, they informed me they could not complete one of the previously agreed upon duties and that I would need to hire someone else for that portion of the project. This set my whole project into a tailspin as that portion was a very intregral part of the work to be completed. As I scrambled to find someone else to perform that job duty and keep the project on track, they then informed me they could not honor any portion of the original quote and would instead be switching to an hourly rate. A rate that again they could not confirm would not exceed the original agreed upon amount. It was a complete bait and switch that left me completely in the dark. This is a very dishonest company.
