Our HOA used American Backflow last month to test the backflow for our unit. Dylan came out to do…read morethe job and told my father who was there to let him in my home that "even if the backflow doesn't pass, we'll pass it anyways". Well, that's exactly what he did. The backflow then proceeded to leak for 5 days when my wife and I discovered water seeping up through our floors next to the utility closet. The backflow was leaking from the 2 check valves on top of the backflow that Dylan used to check the system. It was also discovered that he accidentally moved our drain for all the piping in that utility closet when he conducted his test which caused the condensation line from the condenser to leak into that closet as well. Dylan came back out that following Monday and repaired the 2 valves that were leaking, and a separate plumber (a friend of Steve Krebbs) came out to fix the drain issue. Dylan apologized for the water damage to our floors and admitted it was him that caused it and that Steve would call me to discuss paying for the damages caused by his employee. I waited for over a week and received no call from Steve. I called his office twice during that time and they assured me that he would be calling. He never did which shows what type of person he is. I called him after waiting that week and he is now saying they aren't liable for the damages and trying to pass the buck to my HOA for hiring his company. I have video evidence and pictures of the damages. Do not use this company.

No answer from owner just more over due notices sent to us. Tried to call but no answer and mailbox was full. Never had this problem with previous owner. UPDATE; Owner did reach out and apologized for the auto generated overdue notices.

This is a relatively new business, I think it opened in the Spring. Adam knows water, as he used to…read morework for one of our local water companies for over a decade. He is certified in several areas. His main business is backflow services, but he also works with water meters, sprinkler systems, and lawn care. I knew him from dealing with the water company a couple of years back. So, when he showed up on our local NextDoor offering to blow out sprinklers, I hired him. I trust Adam, and would recommend him. I think his assistant needs some more training, but Adam is aware and is handling that. My system is shut down, and we discovered an issue, which Adam addressed. I find Adam to be honest and he cares to do a good job. He's probably going to also aerate my lawn before too long, so I can add to the review if I'm allowed, once that happens. He has a policy that if he aerates and accidentally breaks a sprinkler head, he will replace that sprinkler head when he turns the system on in the Spring. That, I think, is unique and is one reason I'm hiring him to do that work for me. Recommended!

Adam directed me to the proper unit. He helped me get the one I needed and he he saved me hundreds of dollars in the process. I was able to return the previously purchased unit, buy the new one and install it, and get AQ back out for the test. Adam helped be dodge an expensive and regretful bullet.
