    Defective magazine

Ordered ammo, two 40 rd AK mags and two 30 rd AK mags. Both 30 rd mags were absolutely mangled and the front lip is all deformed and won't even lock into my AK. I have sent two emails, left two voicemails and even tagged them in a facebook post and they will not respond to me and this issue. Long shot from "award winning customer service"

Made is successful purchase of a pistol, but the packaging was poor and the case was severely damaged. Emailed them but basically said not our problem. Reading other reviews it sounds like if things go sideways with an order they don't make things right.

created an order on their website only to be told the next day they made a pricing mistake and will not honor it. They refunded my credit card but takes mutiple days to get refund. Terrible customer service.....google their reviews this place is garbage and their customer service is world class terrible

I've been a client of this business for about 14 years. I've always received excellent service and…read morefair prices. I recently dropped by and spoke with John about a problem I had with a pistol. John offered to check it out and solved what turned out to be a misunderstanding on my part with the operation of the pistol (I did not have access to the manual and I downloaded a manual for a very similar pistol which then led me astray. S&W naming for pistols really drives me crazy ) John fixed the problem, and showed me how to correct it . We then had a pleasant conversation about collector firearms and hunting. Over-all this was a terrific visit to a great shop full of knowledgeable and friendly people. I make this shop my first stop when I'm shopping for anything firearm related.

I made the decision to drive from Live Oak down to Gainesville to purchase a Kimber 2k11 9mm…read morepistol. It's not a cheap weapon and is advertised to have a high performance trigger as it is a target model. Lawfuldefense had one in stock and I like to support local business versus order online. Everything was great until I brought the weapon home and fired it. There are problems with the trigger, bad enough to where I did not feel safe with the gun. I called the store and was told to bring it back in and we could work out store credit or something. I told them I could not ship the gun and have it shipped back because I am in the process of moving out of state. I don't have an address that's any good right now. I drove back down and brought the gun in and was then told that they could not do any sort of refund, I would have to have them send it back to Kimber and they would return it to me wherever I was, it did not matter that I didn't have an address. I was also told I would not need to return to that store, but I did not trust that process. I bought a defective item from a retailer and I expected them to handle the problems that came from the factory not me. That's the whole point of going to a local brick and mortar is the support. We argued quite a bit, I questioned why I was told one thing on the phone and another thing in person, and I ended up leaving with my new expensive paperweight. I drove a ways down the road and decided to go back and just give up the gun. I brought it back into the store again and told them go ahead and ship it back to Kimber and I'll worry about where I am and how to get it later, it's better than just losing 2,300. At this point, the story had changed and I was told that I had to physically come back to that store to retrieve the weapon after an unspecified time it would take Kimber to fix it. I finally got to talk to somebody different, the nice confused man who had been helping me all along went and got the boss. The boss ended up doing a refund, but charged me 10%. So bottom line is I drove 4 hours to pay them a $200 restock fee on a defective product. I don't call that good customer support at all.
