I sent Jason a few ideas in mind of what I wanted and the digital logo images and basically told him, "see what you can do." In less than 24 hours I received a mock-up image of what the t-shirt would look like, both front and back, and what he came back to me with exceeded my expectations. I immediately signed off on the design and worked with Jennifer to process my order which couldn't have been easier. All along the way they both communicated with me promptly and professionally. I've always found the staff to be knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful and I've been happy with almost every interaction I've had with them. The few (small) problems that I've run into have always been promptly take care of and, even though my events are rather small and don't require a lot of product, Atlas has always treated me like I was an important customer. Lilly likes to design in pastels that have prints or patterns and can seem a bit flamboyant. Their fit is usually perfect. I love them because with just a couple of pieces you and mix and match into several outfits. This location the sales personnel are a bit too laid back. I had wished they'd shown me around and made suggestions but I was on my own.
