He was unprepared and a hindrance to the case moving forward. At least twice he didn't show up at all. He was rude to the attorneys on the other side of the case (finger pointing in the face) and when his clients couldn't come up with more money, he used a sudden conflict of interest that had been present ever since he took the case to get out of it.

I came across Bergman & Yiangou's add in the paper (yes, sometimes I still read the paper) and decided to hit em up and give them a try. I called their office, their staff was extremely nice and made me an appointment to come in and see the attorney to get the ball rollin' (and let me tell you, the ball couldn't get rollin fast enough). I go in, fill out the paperwork, meet with the attorney, pay for the dissolution and within a couple of weeks I had a court date (may not even have been that long...its been awhile). My court date arrives. I am at the courthouse, my attorney is at the courthouse, my then husband is no where to be found (you have got to be kidding me...really?). So, I call his tardy behind and guess where he is???? In Bellfontaine, OH stuck in traffic (for those of you that don't know that is at least at 45min drive from Columbus). Great. If my divorce gets delayed, imma be one pissed off lady. So I go over to my attorney, tell him what is going on and he actually asks the judge to make us the last case to go before her so he can have plenty of time to get here. He finally arrives over an hour later, right before they call our names. We go in, agree to the divorce and whaaalaaa!! I'm a single woman. The didn't charge me any extra for having to stick around those extra hours and everything cost me less than $1000. I can't thank him enough for being so patient with my situation!
