Wrong size sandwich. Ordered a medium got a small. Would have had it changed but we were afraid of the chick behind the counter who walked past us with our lunch order and called our name. As she set down our sandwiches she shook her head in disgust at us. Didn't take long to figure that she was pissed at having called our name in the midst of the noise of the dining area and we didn't hear it to step up and get our food. Service was terrible. I did a mobile order of a sandwich and put no onions; I received my sandwich loaded with onions so I go back inside and let them know I ordered no onions that I can't do onions. The lady then ask me "are you allergic to onions can you not pick them off" I told her again I can't do onions and they catch a attitude chucking the sandwich in the trash, they remake my order but she purposely put a single onion on each end of the sandwich. read more

I placed a pick up order 30-45 minutes before I scheduled to pick it up. When I got there it was not ready. In fact they told me they did not start on it yet. The restaurant was nearly empty. All the other patrons were already eating and the staff in the back were standing around on their phones doing nothing. Poor customer service. I immediately requested a refund, which took a very long time considering the store's manager was present. Poor management skills as well. Perhaps had he been in the front of the store instead of in the back the orders would be prepared on time and customers would not have to wait an additional 7-8 minutes for a refund. ordered 6" subs at 11:30 am In Albany Georgia. Took 1/2 hour to get them with. O customers in sight. Got home and measured the subs which were barely 5" Not 6". Very skimpy on ingredients. Will not be back. Jimmy John's is superior. read more

I don't usually eat firehouse subs. I actually haven't eaten here since I was 12 so that's 16years. Decide to give them another go. Well highly disappointed, ordered a meatball sub with black olives and onions with a side salad. I told the guy at the register twice I wanted those toppings he did his part because it was on my receipt. When I got to my destination I saw that there was no onions or black olives on my sandwich. There were 3 people inside waiting for their food besides myself and after my order there were 3 more people who entered. They also were doing online orders. I understand you're busy but that doesn't mean that I shouldn't enjoy my sandwich because a business is busy. I called back and was offered to have the toppings on my sandwich next time I buy. Just left, had lunch. I had a chopped grilled chicken salad. It was not good . The chicken must be a processed machine made chicken patty that the staff chops up. Fake grill marks. Horrible. With a large drink, over 10 dollars. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have asked for something else. I did ate about 1/3 . I feel kind of sick now . Firehouse is kind of expensive, but their steak sandwich is delicious. I have been craving one for a while. I thought Jimmy John's would have a steak sandwich and I was disappointed about a month ago. The team here was friendly and my sandwich is delicious. a whopping and very generous one star. ill take it from the top where i should have taken the first red flag as a sign to walk right back out of the door. upon ordering my gluten free sandwich, i asked if it was possible to add the garlic bread seasoning to my sandwich. i was told that i could. seconds later i noticed "GARLIC BREAD SEASONING CONTAINS GLUTEN" clear as day under the bread options. i decided to brush off the fact that i wasnt made aware of this being that i asked for a gluten free roll. red flag number two would be that both sandwiches i ordered were completely wrong. i guess asking for no onion means you definitely do want onion. and requesting gluten free bread means you most certainly prefer wheat. the staff was just as unpleased as i was about the mix up, as if they werent the ones to make the mistake. in fact i almost found myself apologizing for their mistake to make them feel better. anyways. the two sandwiches were re-prepared within 10 minutes and to my surprise, my sandwich was cold and thrown together in the least delicate manor. im not sure if there was another mix up about my order, but i definitely wanted the insides of my sandwich to end up between the bread at least. the third and most concerning red flag would be that once i opened my Chalua hot sauce packet to put on my sandwich, i immediately noticed that it was yellow. as an avid Chalua & all hot sauce consumer i know that this means it is expired. unfortunately for me, the 6 month expired hot sauce was now all over my poorly prepared sandwich. i got up to inform the workers that the Chalua was expired to prevent them from handing it out to any other customers. might i note that my tone was genuine and not even the slightest bit upset. i hear one of the workers turn to the back and yell "the sriracha is expired!", although i most definitely said and also used the packet to show that it was Chalua. I corrected them to avoid further confusion and returned to my mess. i mean sandwich. seconds later i was yelled at from across the restaurant by another worker "its only a week expired"! must have been the Sriracha they checked up on (as if it would a week expired would make it any better than the 6 month expiration date that i clearly read across the packet). at this point, i decided to shut my mouth, eat, and deal with the consequences of the gluten and expired hot sauce infested sandwich once i was out of this establishment. i do not recommend this firehouse subs and my stomach hurts read more

The food was the only highlight of this location. My experience started off with no military discount. One of the main reasons I frequent Firehouse Subs is their dedicated service to servicemen in general. I wasn't even asked if I wanted my total rounded up to the nearest dollar for the local fire departments. An employee was out on the floor and asked me about my relationship with God. The same employee then asked me if I knew if someone would hire him. Then her drug his feet the entire time I ate there. Very annoying. If you have better options, I suggest you skip this location. read more

Easily my favorite sandwich shop in town. We always order over the phone or through their website. Ordered a Hook and Ladder combo online a couple of days ago and it was ready to pickup by the time I drive there. When you order online it's a simple pickup since you've already paid online, so I would suggest this method for time savings. Great friendly service and the subs are always great. read more

I love Firehouse but the last couple times I have been there, the amount of meat on the sub has been pathetic. My fave sub is the New York Steamer and there has barely been any meat on it. Maybe on other subs the lower amount of meat has been overshadowed by lettuce, tomato, etc. Very disappointing. read more
