The owner was going from table to table and spent quite a bit of time with us, explaining the name and history of the restaurant. It turns out they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We really enjoyed it and almost went back for breakfast one day but just didn't have the time. Just a note, it's local in a retail strip center and could be deceiving but believe me it's worth a second look. I know you'll enjoy it, and of course the food.

The times we were there when they guy took care of us, there was just a slight charge for the extra items added to the scrambled eggs however the woman at the counter to find a way to charge more started charging each item separately, the scrambled eggs and the order of pancakes so three orders we would've normally have placed, became six. We were not made aware of this because she did not even bother to explain to us the way she was going charge the order. Maybe in the end we would've had no problem with it and paid anyway but the fact that we had been being charged one way and perhaps because she saw we were tourists, decided to overcharge us- is just sneaky and wrong.

We stumbled upon Green Bites and are so glad we landed here for lunch. The ambience is so fresh and cute. It's a great location in downtown Dorado. The food was fantastic - so many DELICIOUS vegan options. Our brunch was so good that my husband and son each ordered extra to go for later! Highly recommend for fresh healthy food and refreshments. We will definitely be back when we visit next time.
