All the paper was stuck to my cheese and there were stands of hair in my food absolutely disgusting waste of $10

I can't even get into it, I'm so utterly dissapointed in tonight's visit. I will never be back to this location, possibly ANY location. On a positive note, it is clean and appropriately decorated with a firehouse theme/Pickerington school mascots. As for the service and food...abysmal. I seriously suggest that management hire at least ONE employee that has the work ethic and basic comprehension skills of a 10-year-old. I want my money back. read more

While I love Firehouse Subs, today I stopped there at 10:50 am for an early lunch. The website and the door both said they were open at 10:30a. The door was locked, open sign off and 2 employees were in the back parking lot having a break. Very disappointing. read more

WILL NEVER ORDER OR EAT HERE AGAIN- ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION!! My office orders from this location EVERY TUESDAY for several months now. Over $60+ every time. Today, I had a fellow co-worker place the order. While placing the carry-out order we were told that who ever is picking up the order must get all items themselves (i.e. bottled drinks, brownie and chips). This has NEVER been the case. Historically, after placing the order I have always personally informed Firehouse that a drug rep would be picking this order up so all the items would be paid for and carried out by someone else. (The rep only picks up the order and brings to the office for the weekly meeting- the order is not given to the rep because it is large and with specific requests: BBQ chips, coke, etc.) I called and requested to speak with a manager to clarify what was being requested. I spoke with Phil who said he was the manager. As soon as I said I was calling from the physicians office he immediately interrupted me and began talking over me. He stated " we have never at this location made an order and put everything together or you. The chips and drinks are located out in the area where you have to get them yourself". He continued to talk over me. I was so infuriated by the out-right lack of customer service and understanding- I cancelled the order immediately. The office was left scrambling to place an carry out order elsewhere for the meeting. If this is in fact "a Firehouse policy" as Phil stated, there could have been one simple resolution: " I apologize for the inconvenience and I realize this may have been done in the past but, unfortunately we are not equipped to do this on a regular basis." A simple apology and polite explanation would have done. Phil should not be in management or customer service if he cannot utilize proper management skills let alone set an appropriate example of customer service to his team. Absolutely disappointing. The menus for Firehouse have been tossed out I will never return to Firehouse Subs- professionally or personally again. read more

Previous visits to this location were disappointing, however yesterday my wife and I ordered two Italian subs and they were by far the best tasting subs ever. The meats were piled high, the bread wasn't tough and the staff were so pleasant. Highly recommend this Firehouse Sub location. read more

This place is awful. I usually like Firehouse Subs and eat at the one by my work often, but there is something wrong here. The place is staffed with a bunch of kids and a Manager (or maybe even owner) who don't care if they get your order correct, if they are friendly, or if they move at a snails pace. I was so frustrated on my (first and last!) visit with how slow and apathetic the staff was, but was angry when I got my food and they had managed to screw it all up. For example, one sub was supposed to be plain. NOTHING on it. The blank look of the cashier prompted me to say: "I literally just want the meat and the bun...no cheese, sauces, or toppings. Cold please." I ended up with a concoction that no one in their right mind would ingest. Sloppy with weird toppings. I literally gave them the easiest order ever and they took 20 minutes to get it to me and messed it up beyond all recognition. When I complained, the manager (or possibly owner) acted annoyed, and asked what I wanted her to do (via voicemail). I called back to ask if she could replace my sub at another of her locations because I wasn't setting foot in the Pickerington location again, and she said "come in and mention my name and we will give you a feww sub with your next order". Ummmm...somehwere there was a disconnect. read more
