I went and ordered 2 different subs. On one sub I ordered with no onions(I'm allergic to onions) and add pickles. Not only did they did not add pickles they put onions on my sub. The second sandwich I asked for no mustard and they added mustard on the sub. I'm very disappointed read more

Went through drive through Monday July 29, 2024. No cars in parking lot and two cars ahead of me after I placed my order. What I thought would be a quick in and out turned into a 30 minute wait. The cashier was very apologetic and explained it was just her and another employee making sandwiches because the manager had 5 other employees doing other task. I accepted her apology because what can she do if her leadership isn't willing to help. I went inside after pulling away because I forgot my receipt and the Manager, whom I found out is the GM, could have cared less that I had a concern. He completely ignored me and I stood in the lobby for an additional 7 minutes just so I could get my receipt. Nick, the General Manager, is a sorry excuse of leadership and should take a few classes on hospitality at minimum. read more

I chose the engineer sandwich; it was so yummy!! It was made to order and delicious! I went through the drive-thru for my convenience.

I have so much wanted to love Firehouse Subs. Have visited there stores in Texas with never an issue. Have gone to the one in Waycross and just about every time the order is wrong. Last time ordered the steamer got a tuna....not even close. Realized when we got home that the young lady did not read back the order, only confirmed what bread we wanted. Firehouse Subs has quickly become one of my favorites. The restaurant itself is amazingly clean, and service is prompt and courteous. They have one of those coke machines with 100 varieties, which is a nice touch. The sandwiches themselves are very good. The meat is steamed for the hot subs and they have a variety of choices. The drive-thru is something that I have rarely seen in regards to sandwich shops. But they are good at getting the order right, and they will not keep you waiting. read more
