I have been coming to this shop since it first opened. And here I am writing a review today! This place is really top gear when it comes to customer service, I always receive many welcomes and greetings with big smiles! The staff knows me by name, what juice I regularly get, and even how much nicotine i generally always want. If I ever have problems with equipment or hardware, Andy is always full of knowledge and knows how to fix the problem! With this being a relatively new hobby for me, they have made it so easy to keep at it. Now to the juice they sell: it is wonderful! You can come in and sit on the cool leopard couch and try every single one they have, and they have even told me I could create my own flavour! Once you make your choice, they make the juice right in front of your eyes, so you know nothing else is going in there that isn't necessary. You can also get a juice card, and buy so many bottles, you get one free! I highly reccomend this place to anyone! I managed to quit smoking cigarettes because of this place, AND have a new and interesting hobby. I have been wanting to learn about vapors for awhile now so I can stop smoking. I decided to go to Firehouse Vapor yesterday and scoop it out. I met Renee and Andy who both were very friendly and helpful. Renee set me down on the cool leopard couch and explained all about vapoing. She showed me how the little cig. machine worked, how to fill the tank with liquid, ect. Then she showed me the 100+ flavors they had and even custom make. I tried a few till I found a couple to start out with. I love the fact that they make you feel at home. I even had my 9 year old daughter with me and never felt uncomfortable for her to be in there or see anything in appropriate. Hands down my go to vape shop! The staff and the owner are beyond amazing and they take excellent care of their customers!! By some freak server connection error my account was charged twice for my first visit here. Although the store only received one payment. So basically it was not their fault by any means. Andy and the owner spent hours with me working on getting the situation corrected. I came in for the first time a week ago and wanted to create a hybrid of my two favorite juice flavors, in a matter of minutes Andy nailed it and I'll never vape another flavor! I went into this new place and it was awesome! The staff was very nice but the best thing is they actually MAKE the liquids to your own taste. I asked for a Peach flavor, which has been diffucult to find one I really enjoy. The owner made one for me. I love it, The place is super cool and very kid friendly.I had my 4 yr old son with me and he loved the coloring books they offered. I have made a change FOR LIFE...not going back to that other store around the corner( cant see whats going on behind that closed door anyway) This place has nothing to hide. Firehouse is a great vape shop perhaps the best vape shop in league city. On one occasion I had showed up at around 8:00pm and the manager was the only one working and he had closed down the store and was leaving. As he sees me pull in he comes over and talks to me and says he can still help me. He proceeds to re open the shop and sell to me. Firehouse is also been very generous with return policy's and non functioning parts, with no hassle or extra charge I was able to get the part replaced. I've been a long time customer of Firehouse Vapors and they've never once disappointed. They carry a huge selection of mods, tanks, RDA's and everything else for vapers of all levels. A fantastic little shop and hangout. I was greeted at the door by Renee and she walked me through the whole process of buying my first vaporizer. We spent a few minutes in the lounge just trying out different flavors of oil. I settled on their homemade coffee flavor. They offer a couple of major oil brands but their homemade, all natural fluids are where it's really at. I LOVE THIS VAPE SHOP! The way they have you sample the juice is literally the coolest part in my opinion, instead of vaping the juice to taste, they drop a little drop on your finger and you taste it that way. They are always extremely nice, and give the greatest customer service. Since moving back to Texas, this has been my go to shop and will remain that way! Custom juice made to order in house, and with a good variety of hardware to boot, if you're into vaping you need to give this place a visit. The staff here are very down to earth, helpful and friendly; they can pretty much help you out if you're looking for a new juice, mod, or even coils. It's definitely not a hole in the wall head shop. Called today because I purchased a Smok X8 about three weeks ago and couldn't figure it why it wouldn't charge. I spoke w Steve and he asked me to come in so he could take a look at my vape. I went in with little hope, but after about 5 minutes, Steve inspected all the parts and found the coil was screwed on too tight. He gave me another coil and everything worked perfectly! Great vape store!! Wide variety of flavors and they make them on spot, to order. Nice environment, good vibes all around. Law enforcement & FD friebdly is a big plus!! I had my first visit to Firehouse Vapor today. What a great decision. Excellent service, friendly staff and WOW what huge selection of vaping hardware and juices. They carry a couple out of town juices but have over 250 in house juices made to you preference. I will definitely recommend this shop to all the people I know.
