The sales guy was gross and paying attention to all the wrong things. He talked under my clothes, suggested I picture him laying beside me, on top of me, under me, and even I side of me while I indulged in my new Pastel Cartel vape. He neglected to give me any instructions on charging my vape, which was disastrous. I took the vape back to him, to ask for instructions, at which point he told me I'd over charged it, so my $30+ was just pointles wasted. DO NOT SHOP HERE! PRODUCTS ARE KNOCK-OFFS / FAKES! I called on 10/9/20 asking if they had Quick Fix 2.0 and was told they did and purchased the bottles from the manufacturers themselves. I came in, spent $50 on a bottle (which is $10 more than retail on the site and I've seen at other smoke shops in Houston) but decided to purchase it anyways. I go home and go to validate my product on their website and instantly get told it's a fake. When I came back to receive a refund or $50 off another product, I was told I was beyond help even though it is ILLEGAL to sell knock off products as real in America. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as many of their products are knock offs. read more

I came to the smoke shop because they were the only one that had the green apple puff bar disposable e-cigarette. I was happy to a found it, but I was a little disappointed By the price. Most smoke shops sell them for $10, but here it was 1299. So, instead of paying $20 for two, I paid $28 with tax included. It worked fine the first day, but after that it would no longer pull. The day after I got it, I went back to the smoke shop and they were fused to replace it for me claiming that it does not come with a warranty. They said that it only holds about 200 puffs, which I understand, but I probably only hit it about 10 times before it stopped working.He said he would replace it for me for another $7.99, but I didn't want to double pay for product that I'm unsure about the quality. I'm very disappointed with the customer service and my overall experience here. read more

Out of the 4 smoke shops in the neighborhood (crazy, right?) this is my favorite. It's a little tricky getting into the parking lot because you have to be travelling west on NASA Pkwy, but you can turn around easily at the Space Center if you're going east. The store isn't huge, but they have a nice selection of glass and accessories. The guy there set me up with some inexpensive glass that was a pretty sturdy piece. Service is always friendly and punctual. Don't forget the Ozium LOL!!! read more

This smoke shop was not only extremely over priced, but it also had quite sub par glass. First of all I asked their employee to show me a bowl with a spinning center piece that she couldn't get to spin. After that disappointing experience I paid 40$ for a pinchy that was barely worth 25$. I wouldn't have gotten anything except I wanted to add Texas to the states that I own a piece from. After I left the store I walked to the NASA space center and noticed a large crack around the mouth piece. Since it had been in its bag in my pocket I knew the crack was their previous to purchase. Not only was I not helped by the store owner, but he treated me quite rudely and I don't recommend anyone gives him their business. You can find mug better and cheaper glass online or at other shops. read more
