A shockingly well maintained park…read more Beautiful trails that go deep in the woods. My family was chased by raccoons once. I went yesterday and multiple people were taking photos of the foliage. And a really nice big playground. They have subtle but cute Christmas lights display when the season comes. And their softball league is run better than MLB. I am amazed at how restful and beautifully maintained it is. The flowers were welcoming, the small waterfall enchanting, the trails curious and winding, and the wildlife amusing. I felt more relaxed and grounded after my visit than I have in a long time. The only negative was that someone was smoking weed on a park bench and the odor instantly turned me off. I'm sure smoking is not allowed, but I was chagrined that in this little section of The Garden of Eden someone would assume to make the place smell like a stoner's living room.

I love local parks!…read more Brought my one year old here and felt she was a little too small for the playgrounds and slides but the sand box with all the trucks in it, was right up her alley. There looks like a small wading pool open in the summertime, and also love that this is right in a cute little neighborhood. No parking but folks didn't seem to mind/have trouble parking. There are swings, a small and large basketball court, some benches, picnic tables and a gazebo from what I saw. Plenty of green space to set up a picnic!
