The workmanship was extremely poor, and it became very clear that this contractor was not qualified to take on the work we hired them to do. If they did not have the experience or ability to properly complete the job, they should have been honest about that before accepting the job and our money. Instead, we were left dealing with the consequences. One of the most unacceptable issues was our ridge vent, which was left unfinished and exposed for approximately a year without shingles covering it.
