I have previously had the alignment package from Firestone in another state on a previous vehicle so I decided to give Firestone a try. Chris and Marvin saved the day! My battery completely died on my way to meet family for Black Friday shopping fun. I get an emergency jump and stop here for help before my car shuts off again. These two gentlemen immediately inspect my battery and diagnose the problem and set me up with the team who will install a new battery and perform a tune up (because I already had one catastrophic moment I'd like to avoid more). I decided to leave the car there, shop in peace and pick up car later. Wheel Alignment::  If I could give this business Minus ZERO Stars, I would ..I have been going to this Firestone location for over 40 YEARS without a problem.  Yesterday Thursday, JULY 25, 2025, I called for an appointment to have a wheel alignment done on my car,, On JULY 26, I arrived 15 minutes ahead of time for my scheduled appointment., Not a problem, I was checked in, in a friendly and timely manner ..Upon walking out of the waiting room, I noticed a White Lincoln MKZ Lic plate LWW-8754 parked in the handicapped parking spot without the proper signage displayed. As I was walking away from the car, a member of the service staff informed me that that was his car, & did I like it? I reminded him that he hadn't properly displayed his  handicap placard  ..WITHOUT SKIPPING A BEAT, this Supervisor?? IMMEDIATELY went into a rampage on me that was BEYOND BELIEF::: Who the F do you think you are? Do you know who the F I am ? AND it DIDN'T STOP.!!...He kept carrying on for no less than 5 minutes dropping the F BOMB between every other word.. . I stood there, In TOTAL SHOCK & DISBELIEF, horrified & dumbfounded that anybody would talk to another human being like the way this man was talking to me. A service worker walked out of the building, with my car keys in his hand, to drive my car to the alignment machine, This Supervisor? told him to give me my keys, and told me that I should "Get the F off his property" and that they were not going to do the alignment on my car. Had I had the presence of mind, or had instigated a confrontation to insight this unnecessary rampage, I certainly would have had my phone on record... . Came here for an inspection after purchasing my truck. The manager Joe made sure the technician not only went threw the whole inspection, but went over the entire truck to make sure there was nothing that it needed. I have brought my car to have a battery put in on Saturday. afterwards the man came out and said he fixed the hood of my car. I didn't know what he was talking about my car was fine. as i was driving down sunrise hwy at 500 pm my hood flew up and smashed my whole windshield, I was almost in a serious accident and could not see where i was driving. I slowly drove back to the shop. the man didn't care and he tied down my hood. I contacted corporate and filed a claim. Greg whited reached out to me once. BUYER BE AWARE!.... I purchased four #FirestonetTires less the 5 months ago. They installed the tires, balanced them and did an alignment. After I left, the car kept pulling, so I went right back. The alignment needed to be redone, mind you, I went back a number of times after that. Each time the alignment needed adjustment. Now, not 5 months later, I need new 2 tires on the back because the alignment still wasn't done correctly. #Firestone corporate office seems to not care. The #Firestone store at 101 E Sunrise Hwy, Lindenhurst, NY 11757 doesn't care. The #Firestonewarrenty is useless. They made my car unsafe along with my family in danger. I will go to the store location. Hopefully, the manager will help. If not, I will take this to small claims court and will be putting in a complaint with better businesses and Consumers Affairs office. They are making vehicles unsafe to be on the road and selling tires with a warranty that they will not honor. Juan and Tom and the rest of the crew at this Firestone are the best. They have excellent costumer service and know what they are talking about. My latest car had a series of issues that needed to be addressed before it could pass inspection. I brought my car back to them with some of the parts it needed and they were able to fix and then pass the inspection on my car. I like that these guys are honest and up front about the issues going on with the car. They don't try and sell you things you don't need and they treat everyone with respect. I watched them explain to an older woman what was going on with her van. They were patient and kind with her showing her the respect she deserves because of her age. Came in for an inspection and an oil change on a seemingly empty weekday and was quoted an hour. Sounds great! We Went to breakfast up the road and showed back up 15 minutes after the agreed upon time (12PM) just in case they needed some extra time. I saw my car in the same spot I left it in with the same exact sticker. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured that they did the oil change first and hadn't gotten around to the inspection yet. No problem. I waited ANOTHER half an hour before someone finally came out and took the car inside. 15 minutes later they called and I finally got to pick up my car. I'd like to make a note of the short (white) mechanic who, instead of asking us to move out of a spot that inconvenienced him in the lot, decided that it was appropriate to yell at my brother, who's car was parked in the lot while we waited an hour passed the expected pickup time. If that wasn't incredible enough, I found out upon pickup that they didn't even do the oil change. So I waited 2 hours for a simple inspection on a year old car. Thank you so much Firestone. I went in to get my car serviced the other day. The person who helped me was Louis. He first gave me an attitude about me coming in to get my flat tire fixed. I didn't mind waiting because they seemed busy. I didn't like his attitude towards me. The person who worked on my was named Liana. She was very sweet and did everything fast and took care of my car. The manager then proceed to yell at her and was very rude to her. I am a 50 year old man and no one should talk to any women like that or anyone. I do not recommend this store to anyone. They are rude to there customers and staff. read more

So incredibly dissatisfied. They had my car for 7-8 hours for a new tire and oil change. At the end of the day they realized they did not have a tire in my size and had to get one delivered from a nearby distributor. They probably should have figured this out before 5:00 pm. The lack of preparedness and length of time is not the issue though... Upon picking up my car I specifically asked Jon if my tire pressures in all tires were checked. I was assured they were. False. Jon lied. All of my tire pressures were in the 20's, including my new tire which was only 18 (how does that even happen?). It should be 32, so they were all way off. They very next day my wheel well started falling apart, flapping around and rubbing on my tire. They should have seen that when it was up on the lift. Luckily my landlord went and fixed it for me. I brought my car back for air in my tires abd discussed the aforementioned issues with the service manager. He did not apologize for the inconvenience, and was flippant with me. Now, a week later, my brakes need changing. I wish they had told me my brakes were so very low. I would have just had them done while my car was already on the lift. Now I have to arrange to drop my at off yet again and it's a tremendous inconvenience. I will not return to this location as I did not appreciate being lied to, or Jon's half assed work or the flippant attitude of the service manager when I went back in for air in my tires. I went for an oil change and to replace 2 tires on my vehicle. The car was dropped off at 945 which was only 45 minutes after they opened. I told the individual that I would wait for the vehicle and he told me no that I had to leave it because there were 3 cars ahead of me. Well, they proceeded to keep my car until 530 that evening. The person originally told me I would be able to pick up around 1230-1. I think it was totally unprofessional for them to take as long as they did to do the work. It completely derailed the plan I had for my day, on top of that I was unable to plan to have someone pick me up and drop me off which resulted in me having to walk 2 miles to and from my home. I have been a customer here for over 20 yrs (have 5 cars) ,had a few problems, but they were always resolved by the management. Well the management has changed,not for the better.Brought my 2000 Saab in for tires and oil,(simple cannot mess that up). When I picked up the car drove it home,power steering not working right (fine when brought there). Brought it back they said it needed to be lubed. Brought home same thing.Brought it back again,said it needed more lube.Brought home again ,same problem,.So I have to bring it to the European car specialist(Big $$$).,last resort.Bring it over mechanic listens to it and says power steering pump,in 3 minutes . Bring car in and 3 hrs later and $400 later fixed and fine .The European mechanic tells me that who ever serviced the car last put in the wrong power steering fluid (Firestone) Why didn't Firestone tell me it was the power Steering pump?---Seems odd. A Saab requires a special fluid.Called Firestone asked for Manger "Keith",Explained the story above,He says "We use a universal fluid and it is good for all cars",after some back and forth, then "Keith" says he spoke to the Tech and he did not put any power steering fluid in(this was 2 weeks ago I am sure the Tech remembered specifically that he did not put any power steering fluid in) Back and forth to no avail. Not looking for the whole dollar amount ,maybe a credit of a few oil changes. Nothing , Nada , Zilch. Firestone, 101 Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst New York, 11757 off my tire and oil change list. dis honest guys,Our repair facility send out a dodge van for alignment after replacing upper control arm and idler arm,the van has new tires.It is now pulling worst than before.The tech never drive the vehicle to verify his work.When I call them about it they are telling me it might be something else.Now I am a certified tech and they are pulling this low ball on me,could you imagine what they do to the regular customer who doesnot under alignment. read more
