Paid for my battery terminal to be cleaned along with oil change and brake work three weeks ago. They did not even take off the terminals to clean them. When I discovered the piss poor work and had to have one of the terminals replaced and went to address the piss poor work with Kris, the manager, he was very rude and obnoxious. Autozone worker did a much better job! Will not be going back to Firestone! Now I feel I need to have my brakes and oil checked to make sure they did those jobs properly!​ read more

After leaving a wheel and purchasing a tire to put on it; left as agreed to pick it up the next day. That night at 7 pm, I received a phone call from an unknown phone number and person demanding a credit card number to pay for it in order for employees to be paid their paychecks and commission. I was also told that the special price would not be honored the next day unless I paid right then. I told the guy calling that the sale was still on for at least two more days and that the last time I checked--since I am a stockholder--Bridgestone was far from broke. Next day, I complained to the store manager about the incident and he said he has employees do that so that they can get commission payments sooner because they are not paid enough. I have no intention going back after using this store for over ten years. There are too many other options. read more

Go somewhere else. They tried to take total advantage of my young son. $2600.00 for an ac compressor? for a job that takes 2.10 hours? and a brand new compressor for under 400.00? come on get real! called another shop 716.00 bucks for the same repair. How do you guys sleep at night? read more

They tried to tell me I needed all kinds of front end work done before I could use my life-time alignment package. I refused and too it to another tire place who confirmed I did NOT need a new front end. Firestone tried to scam me! Bad move for a small town business. read more

The first bad experience was in January. I had all four brakes, pads, calipers and all replaced. After getting my truck back, the caliper/brake ground down my rim because the technician did not put the bolts back on. Recently, last Friday, my husband dropped off my truck to be serviced and was told it would be ready same day. They replaced the U-joints. After closing we were called and told the technician dropped the driveshaft, crushing his hand, which is why we weren't able to pick up my truck that day. We picked it up Saturday morning. We didn't go anywhere over the weekend, but Monday morning on my way to work I noticed my truck driving and sounding weird. That afternoon I dropped it back off at the shop and had to get a ride home because my truck is my only method of transportation. Tuesday we get a call and told that because they initially put on the wrong parts, the driveshaft needs to be replaced. But because my truck is a custom the parts are backordered and they can not find any shops that have the parts. Two days without a vehicle and transportation to work I reach back out to Bridgestone. They reach out to the manager who promises me a rental vehicle so I do not lose my job. By the end of the day, I do not have a rental. An hour before Enterprise closes I call Bridgestone and I'm told if I can purchase a rental myself, they will reimburse me. I make a reservation over the phone with Enterprise to pick up a rental today before they close. I get to Enterprise and I'm told they don't have any vehicles at all and I'm refused service. Because I do not have transportation to get to work tomorrow, I will lose my job and health benefits I desperately need as a chronically ill and disabled person. I am literally going to lose everything because of Firestone. read more

Really helped us out by putting four new tires on our car in record time before they closed for the night (completed job in under 45 min). Even gave me a discount to mitigate the cost of the tires; likely since they didn't have the tires they told me on the phone they thought they had (which meant more expensive tires for me). I'll assume it was an honest mistake, not a bait and switch tactic. He originally told me they didn't have tires to fit in stock and would be able to get two the next morning, but when I arrived he said they couldn't find them in the back (wait, so you had them all along?). Then he did have four same size that would fit (just a couple millimeters shorter). Ahh, what? At least the shop manager warned me that I should get new lug nuts soon (he wasn't trying to sell me any) since the factory ones had bulged and were going to be a problem to remove. Helpful tip to avoid future issues, plus I had already had an issue removing one (which is why we were at this shop). The manager claimed that tires only last 3 to 4 years. I was born at night, but it wasn't last night! Never had to replace tires in under 5 years, not even close. Maybe something in Florida makes tires dry rot faster than the rest of the country? Anyway, think he was BSing me on that. But my car probably did need new ones; had some small cracking. Overall they helped us out in quick fashion and helped me with a discount, but I do question a couple of things I was told (not having tires, then did suddenly; and tires only lasting 4 years). read more

We were only an hour and a half into our trip toward Cape Canaveral to get a on a cruise. We had one of our tires separate, causing a death rattle when we went above 50mph. Richard Nykamp, the service manager, went above and beyond to get us back on the road as soon as possible. His service and his shop are top notch Absolutely recommend this shop to anyone who needs work on their vehicles. read more

I really wish I could give them a higher than five rating!! My daughter was driving from Louisiana to florida alone, when she had car trouble and had to pull over on the I10. She was not at all familiar with the area, and we were very far from her. We frantically got on the phone calling all over to get her some help. After many many tries, and many rejections from other car shops, Shelby at Firestone said "Sure, have her towed here and we will see what we can do." This was 5:30 pm on a Thursday, and I'm sure they were ready to go home, but my daughter got there, with her dog in tow, and they took such great care of her, I can not thank them enough!! As a parent, having your daughter in trouble, and you can't get to her is horrible! These wonderful people at Firestone, were so very kind to her, and got her back on the road by 7:00 pm. They even went the extra mile and convinced her to stop and get a hotel for the night before continuing her drive knowing she had a rough day. They gave her suggestions on "pet friendly" hotels close by! When she got the bill for the repair, we were blown away!! They could have easily taken advantage of her, and us, as we pretty much told them whatever it takes we will cover it. But these amazing people charged her hardly charged her anything and sent her on her way! It ended up being a lost oil plug, from an incompetent oil change shop the day before she was set to start her road trip (Take 5 oil change in Zachary ,LA) Her car had leaked out all its oil, and this situation could have ended so differently. Thank you thank you Shelby and all the mechanics at Firestone for helping out my daughter and taking such great care of her! We are very grateful and Firestone will forever have our business going forward! read more

Hard to review. I was driving on a Monday and got a goat on I 10. I had about 50 miles on my run flats. Looked up the nearest tire store which was this Firestone 20 miles away. Drive all the way the snd the damn place is closed! Both Firestone online and this app showed it as open. Really crappy. I had to drive all the way back to Pensacola and nearly made it. read more

Made an appointment with Mason the store manager to have Oil change and rotation on my Mercedes.Verified everything that I wanted both on the phone and when I arrived. I was told an hour, Took a short walk and was still waiting went to lunch, 45 minutes later car is in bay with hood up and lift taken out from under car. When I asked the holdup was informed that they had to order filter. I asked if rotation was done he said no, but car was already off of the lift, had to resist to rotate tires. While tech Emillio was doing rotation I verified with him that he was using the 0W40 European Synthetic Oil that I paid for, he assured me that he would. After the rotation when I looked in the shop the technician was talking on his phone while changing the oil filter on my car. After 2 hours that finally said car was done, Charged me $161.50 for an oil change and rotation, while walking out I looked for the Battery test that I not only requested but is required on their worksheet, and that was never done either, had to go back in for that. As I am driving home I looked at the oil change sticker that Emilio put in window and noticed it said 5w30, which is their bulk coupon oil, and WILL DAMAGE A MERCEDES ENGINE. Tech also admitted to service writer that he put 5w30 conventional oil in engine. I requested that they flush my engine and put correct oil in. They agreed and then refused to do so. I filed a complaint with corporate and the opened a claim that I never asked for. Michael V the claims adjuster, called me , being very patronizing, and asking spouting off technical data that was a lie, When I informed him that I am a retired Master Tech, he said that I should do my own oil change, when I stated that I have a broken neck and am 100% disabled he laughed at me and hug up. They still have my car at dodge not repaired correctly, they refuse to do it, and now have filed a false police report say that I threatened to blow up the place, and trespassed me. They cannot produce any recordings because it never happened. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES WHO CARE NOTHING ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE OR YOUR SAFETY. BE AFRAID OF THEM, CARELESSNESS IN THIS INDUSTRY HAS DEADLY CONSEQUENCES, IE: WHEEL OFFS, OIL OUTS, BRAKES INSTALLED PROPERLY, all can happen when the proper attention is not paid. read more

Let me begin by stating that my visit was set up one week in advance, I had an appointment to get my tires rotated and balanced. My appointment was at 2:00. Well, 2:00 came and went; the service guys smoked cigarettes and watched football on the tv in the waiting area. They put someone ahead of me that didn't have an appointment, knowing I was sitting there waiting. It's now almost 4:00 and they've just started on my car. Not sure who the hell runs this place, but the service guys treating a customer like this is no way to build nor improve upon an existing customer base, especially when there are other competitively priced service stations in the area. If you make an appointment just to wait longer and longer what's the point of making an appointment? read more

I was driving to Pensacola from central GA and had serious brake issues. Had new brake pads/rotors and flush from a different company 3 days prior. Couldn't drive the car far in that condition so arrived at Firestone after they closed. Next morning they diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and sent me on my way. I have used firestone before but out of state, and they have always been great! I had an emergency where my tire blew up during work! I got it to Firestone and two amazing gentlemen took a few minutes out of their busy work schedule to put my spare on so I could get it to Walmart where my warranty was. The professionalism and kindness shown in a stressful situation was remarkable! I will be back to this location any day!! read more

I went by this Firestone 3 times. To try and get an oil change. The first time they were a little busy. And the manger said he would try his best to get me in. But it would be awhile. I work overnight. And I totally understood. And I explained that to him. He was very apologetic. And he suggested to come in on Wednesday around 7am. That this were their slow days. So I came in on Wednesday as he suggested. And sure enough there wasn't anyone there. And 2 guys were standing around doing nothing. I had this female manager approach me. And I told her I need an oil change. I'm thinking this shouldn't be too long. Since it's only an oil change. Well she was pretty rude. And said that I would have to leave it since I didn't have an appointment. And they would try to get to it by 6pm. But there's no guarantee. Since I'm just a walk in. So of course I leave. Then I come in again. And once again there's no one there. And unfortunately I get the same lady. And once again she had the same attitude. And told me the same thing. I have never seen one place that refuse to help a customer. And not wanting to work. read more

I was starting a long interstate road trip from Orlando, FL to the Southwest U.S. As I proceeded along the Florida Turnpike to I-10 through north Florida the front end of my car started wobbling badly. It continued to get worse and I thought I might have an expensive and time consuming wheel alignment problem. But I found Firestone Complete Auto Care on trusty Siri and as soon as I got there in the late afternoon, they took only 15 minutes to assess the problem. It turned out my front tire, which had sustained a nail puncture previously, had begun to separate. Thankfully, it didn't blow out on the highway. Service Manager Michael Hamilton suspected as such as soon as I described the problem and the repair was all completed quickly and efficiently in no time at all. We were back on the road within an hour. Mike and the rest of the staff were friendly and professional. What was a potential calamity at the beginning of a very long road trip turned out to be a minor hitch and I thank Michael and his crew at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Marianna, FL for making it as painless as possible, both in time and money. They had the right tire and at a reasonable cost for labor. I would highly recommend them for any issue related to tire or auto repair. read more
