If a diagnosis turns out to be incorrect, the customer shouldn't be expected to pay for the shop's mistake. Everyone can make an honest mistake, but how a business handles those mistakes says a lot about its integrity. This experience left us feeling like profit was prioritized over accurate diagnostics and customer service.
