Waiting this long to change four tires is completely unacceptable. The staff may be polite, but the service is painfully slow, disorganized, and unprofessional. On top of that, after getting my new tires, my steering wheel now feels loose! Something that was not an issue before. I don't know what they did, but that's extremely concerning and unsafe. I am extremely unhappy with this experience and will be calling corporate to report it. I do not recommend this place. Avoid this specific Tires Plus at all costs. after confronted, the guy said " installing the tires were taking an hour and a half, that's not including the alignment, & mount & balancing" plus the guy had to go drive to the warehouse to pick up 4 new tires, and mind you they were completely dead so how was it that I took from noon all the way to 4:15 PM? At appointment the next day I was told my sensors were old and bad and since they couldn't determine if that was a prior issue they wanted me to pay to replace them. Please keep in mind I was already charged for the programming for this that goes along with tire changes. I asked if they were old why this wasn't brought up with the tire change and was told that sometimes when they reprogram them they just brake and that if it brakes in their parking lot after service it's not their problem. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere.

While they were busy, they managed to look at my car quickly, take out the nail, patch it and checked the other 3 tires. I was in and out quickly and the price was so reasonable. I hate writing a review like this. Most of the time I would just rack it up and move on…read more A few months ago I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at the garage on time and went to the desk. The service writer (not the one I dealt with in the past) could not find any record of me being there in the past which I found puzzling, because I had been there with both my cars twice. Ok, chalked that up to a computer glitch. My Subaru outback is up on the lift for some time when the service writer present me with a $1400.00 estimate for tires, brakes etc.. Then the technician informs me that the oil drain plug was stripped by the previous person that did the oil change and was I willing to pay for a new one. I agreed. They then said they couldn't get it off, but if I was willing, they would try to chisel it off, but it might destroy the oil pan and I would have to to pay for it. I then said that they were the last one to do an oil change on the car and should look at the sticker on the wind shield. They then miraculously found me on their computer. I elected to not let them continue as I had lost trust in them. I went else where and they removed/replaced the drain plug with no problem. As far as the $1400.00 estimate, the other place said I had many more miles to go before I needed brakes or tires (2021 with 3400 mi).
