The service is fine but you need to have a lot of patience with them. One thing they do I absolutely can't stand and think is rude and why I gave 3 stars. They will cut you off and answer a phone while they are helping you and then spend 10 min going over tires in the computer before getting back to you. I have experienced it multiple times. If I am in front of you and you're helping me the person on the phone should hold not me. Guess they think they will lose the phone business and you're already in the store so screw you, you can wait. We needed a single tire replaced and they gave three different family members their sales pitch including my younger sister who they tried to sell a $1700 tire. A single tire for $1700.. This is the scummiest discount tires I've ever been to. On top of that I had an appointment for 9:15 in the morning due to having a doctors appointment at 10:30. They didn't even start my tire replacement until 10 o'clock. They seem nice but they leaned far too much into selling instead of customer service going so far as to call my father (who was asleep at the time as it was 8am his time, waking him up) after I already told them not to call him and that my family had already decided on what route to take. Look, I've been using discount tire for years because you really can't beat their warranty or deals. Plus, the guys at this location are super nice. I was surprised to see how busy they were for being new to the area, but that's a good thing. One thing I love is that they call their customers by their name, which keeps it personable. We came on Saturday to try and get my tire patched due to a hole, but it was busy and we couldn't wait. I ordered tires online through them and made an appointment to get the tires put on a few days later to work with my schedule thinking it would take hours like other car places. I got a call from Andrew shortly after the tires were bought asking if I wanted to come in soon letting me know it would only take about 30-45 minutes.
