Absolutely terrible experience. I was told this tire change would take about an hour and a half, and it's now been over four hours!!! They lied to me about the time. Waiting this long to change four tires is completely unacceptable. The staff may be polite, but the service is painfully slow, disorganized, and unprofessional. On top of that, after getting my new tires, my steering wheel now feels loose! Something that was not an issue before. I don't know what they did, but that's extremely concerning and unsafe. I am extremely unhappy with this experience and will be calling corporate to report it. I do not recommend this place. Avoid this specific Tires Plus at all costs. after confronted, the guy said " installing the tires were taking an hour and a half, that's not including the alignment, & mount & balancing" plus the guy had to go drive to the warehouse to pick up 4 new tires, and mind you they were completely dead so how was it that I took from noon all the way to 4:15 PM? I was so impressed with everything about this place. It was easy to make a next-day appointment and I found that what I thought was wrong (alignment) wasn't and they helped me diagnose the actual problem (needed tires). I worked with the store manager and he was so helpful with explaining options and prices, which I thought were very fair. Didn't try to upsell or sell me anything I didn't need. I had all four tires replaced plus additional services. As soon as I picked up my vehicle the tire pressure light and service tire monitor system light was on. Since I picked up the vehicle at closing I called then next day. Gentleman on the phone was very apologetic and made me an appointment to see what was going on and stated they would "make it right". At appointment the next day I was told my sensors were old and bad and since they couldn't determine if that was a prior issue they wanted me to pay to replace them. Please keep in mind I was already charged for the programming for this that goes along with tire changes. I asked if they were old why this wasn't brought up with the tire change and was told that sometimes when they reprogram them they just brake and that if it brakes in their parking lot after service it's not their problem. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! I brought my 2019 Hyundai accent to the location in fort Myers Florida on 4223 Tamiami Trail for new tires. They told me that my alignment was good which I knew already but I had them check the front end because on the highway my car would shake. It took about an hour to do. Once I picked up the car and drove it, my vehicle pulled all the way to the left which was not happening before I brought the car in. Now they want to charge me for an alignment. Keep in mind I drove the car from their drive way about a half a mile up the road and right back to their location with the complaint that my car now pulls left and it didn't before. So now they say I could've hit something!! Seriously?? Nobody hit anything!! Is it because I'm a women?? My husband drove with me and told them I didn't hit anything! It's not ok to bring your vehicle into a shop that we trusted and be taken advantage of. They are saying the 'machine' said my car was aligned before I left and now it's showing it's not aligned. So how can you drive a half a mile down the road and it change? IT DOESN'T!! Never again will I send anyone or come back here! read more

Although I had issues the first couple installations Heather was very accommodating and understanding to make sure that my concerns were addressed and fixed. I am very happy with my brakes now. I drove into Tires Plus at this location the second time and the first time the young man didn't really want to help me with the hair and made me move Paul down in another area. He says it's just a one tire and then he just walked away I People normally check all four tires. I came back the second time and discovered a screw in my tire and I needed plugged. I went in to talk to the manager and he was busy vacuuming and he said he was getting ready for the epic event and I said I needed a Tire plug and he said he couldn't help me that he was getting ready for an event and I said you mean you just gonna leave me with a attire that could fail and he's well if you want to wait two hours until 7 o'clock I could help you and I said no that's not Acceptable and he just said just get out of my office and I left and the other young man in the backyard of my tire enough to get home. I woke up this morning and drove to way out Evans and Fort Myers to 10 S Tires to a Shop. I've been to many times and they plug my tire for $15. There's an older gentleman who I really trust I've been there three times and I told him about the bad experience I had with tires plus and they said he Didn't know he couldn't help you and I said no he would not help me so no I do not recommend tires plus and I think that managers who have this type of attitude really need to go back to school on customer service. If I had a customer who had a dangerous problem with the tire I would stop what I'm doing and help the customer but instead this epic event, and he may discover that the epic event for him is getting fired read more

Got sent to this location by rental car company to get a tire fixed. Place had vehs being worked on but no one in the waiting room No one behind the counter to see what I needed. After standing there for 20 minutes a woman appeared Never said. Sorry to keep you waiting. When I told her why I was there it seemed like a pain for her to help me. Turned out I wasted my time. Rental car company didn't have an account under their name with tires plus. Let her talk to rental car people and she seemed to be bothered that she had to do that. Ended up driving 15 miles. To different location. Bottom line is that rental car company does have a contract with tires plus to fix tires but employee at that tires plus location didn't want to take the effort to find the account. Is Yelp becoming the new Amazon? Came here based on Yelp reviews since I had a nail on my tire and was driving back to Miami. Being a virgin regarding tire issues I believed the sales guy (older man, white hair) when he said it could not be patched , it was "too far out" in the tire. I died with $93.00 dollars in a new tire but kept the original one with the nail. Back in Miami had that one tire fixed immediately for 16.00 (patched) in case of an emergency. Everyone who saw the nail in the tire told me it could be perfectly fixed with a patch. So lesson learned and advice to the wise: Ladies! know your Flat Tire 101 before driving to a place willing to rip you off bc you don't know any better!!! read more

MUST READ Rude, disrespectful, zero customer service. I brought my car in to get it aligned. Long story short, the guy said my 3 year alignment expired in 2016 and he could not find my most recent alignment package. I had to call a manager from my hometown to explain to the guy how to look up my alignment package. I asked the employee at the tamiami location for the phone number so my good friend (manager at another location) can speak to each other. The employee sarcastically and quickly says the phone number so I had to take multiple times as if he was mocking me.I even told him he was being rude and that was ridiculous to treat me like that. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 5 YEARS. In addition, bill, the manager for the tamiami location never assisted. Why is bill even the manager if he can't manage??? In the end, the rude employee was sent the invoice showing my purchase last year and he finally tells me that he will do the alignment. I told him to forget it. I don't trust this location at all to handle my car. I can't wait to give a call to the owner of this location and tell him how awful his staff is. Never coming here again and telling all my friends to stay away. I wish these people were more helpful and understand rather than to disrespect me and to ignore me. Also reporting to BBB. Appointment was quick and easy to schedule online. Service was stress free and fast as well. Went in for 2 tires and rotation. Was done in less than 40 minutes!! That was great. The only thing was I wanted to get my alignment done. It wouldn't show up for my lifetime alignment that I purchased a year prior, so that didn't get done. However I found my paper work and the spelling of the name was wrong so I will bring it back in, and have that done with my next oil change and tire rotation. It was very generous of me to give them a 1 star! Tires Plus in Ft Myers doesn't know what they are doing. I dropped off my Jeep on Thursday at 11am, they said they would start to work on it as soon as it cools. When I called later, after 4pm, they just got started. They replaced my radiator and pump. When I drove it home, the next day it overheated like a teapot! AAA towed it back. They said they put on the OLD radiator cap and it didn't fit!!! They had it again for a day to fix it. They really don't know what they are doing nor do they keep me informed. I had to be the one to call them each time I wanted to know what's going on! Never go back!! read more

I was in a bad situation. I had not worked for an entire month recovering from a major surgery. My car broke down in an intersection about a mile from Tires Plus the day before I went back to work. The tow truck guy suggested these guys. They were painstaking about going over the car thoroughly to find the problem. I was upset at how much it cost me, but in the end, they did a great job and with the research I did online it was actually pretty fair. My car runs great! Ken helped me by suggesting that I apply for credit. I was approved and it was a huge weight off my shoulders! The employees are very hard working and have excellent customer service. If I could give no stars I would. I've been a loyal customer to Tires Plus, specifically this location, for over 6 years. Stopped in the other day to see if they could check my AC since it was blowing hot after we evacuated for the hurricane. Told the guy at the time we had put a can of freon in. Was simply told stop in when convenient, they would run the check, it would be $20 and take about an hour. Stopped in on Sunday morning and was told there was no way they could look at it and then was told they wouldn't even touch it because the freon I used happened to have stop leak in it. I didn't seek out a can with stop leak, which makes me think a lot of them have it already. The guy basically said I was screwed, that he didn't think ANYONE would look at it, and that the best I could hope for is to replace the parts. Gee, how do I know what part(s) are leaking without having the test done? The test you basically just claimed no one would do for me anyway. The guy was very rude and offered no solutions to my issue, other than basically saying "Sorry about your luck". I will not be back after this experience. read more

Thanks Tire Plus! I had a blow out on I-75 near Ft. Myers. I was riding on a doughnut & it was just after 6pm. I found this Tire Plus open, all the other tire places I passed were closed. There were 3 people ahead of me, but they still took me, even though they didn't get to me until after closing hours. The prices were very reasonable, and they were very friendly. I was waiting for them to tell me I needed this or that, but they just put my 2 new tires & rotated my old ones and sent me on my way. Pep Boys a couple weeks ago said I needed new tires, shocks & tie rods. I said I was going to wait. Well...It looks like I did need new tires! Thanks again Tires Plus. Went to Tires Plus today, 9/9/18, to get my tires rotated. They never got rotated but I still was forced to pay for the 'inspection' that was done. Marcus, the front desk clerk and apparent store manager, was extremely rude and very condescending. I will NEVER go to this Tire's Plus or any other Tire's Plus again based on this experience. Marcus is a poor representation of your business and his behavior should not be tolerated. He slammed my key on the counter and kept arguing with me, never listening to what I was trying to tell him. There are plenty of other tire shops who have employees who treat their customers with respect and dignity. AVOID TIRE'S PLUS!!!!! read more

TERRIBLE OIL CHANGE SERVICE!!! Went in yesterday for oil change. Later that day experienced dark smoke coming from under hood and exhaust. Went back as soon as they opened next morning and spoke to the service manager. He checked and said it was probably just spillage. No big deal, he said. Problem continued that day so I googled "smoke after oil change" and learned it could be from over-filling oil and very bad for the car! I checked oil dip stick and it was way over MAX! Took back to store. Turns out they never EMPTIED the oil, just added more!! read more

She said yes can do that. Then I told her I want my rear two brand new tires move on front then old tires move to rear as switch. She said Sure can do that. I gave her a my key. Not my SUV, and I point to My KIA Rondo, that my car. Mechanic and second lady both like Gulp! Lady told me I m so sorry, got wrong person, then I go back to lobby area. Lady called to lady customers then lady explained to her need new brand. Then I look at Window my suv pick up to top oil change, I feel funny about look like did not tire rotation. then first lady not second lady, She told my car is ready. She telling me need fix to fuel service, spark plug, new struts too. I told her I already put myself spark plugs, she said never mind, then I asked her what they do on fuel service cleaning, she explained then she can't her think straight, like mind mess up because she said very tired. I told her print out I will read it later, done pay for this. I walk to my car parking, I look at tires I can tell cheating cover up tires dressing look like tires rotations. then I found out didn't tires rotation brand new tires still on the rear tires with red dots I go new tires before 3 or 4 days ago and front still old tires. I walking to back to store, talked to lady. I told her they didn't tire rotation then she said really? Let me ask young mechanic. I can see read his lip talk to lady. he said yes, I did tire rotations, He is bad FAT lairs!!!! He lie to me big time, Make me piss off! She ask me wanna tires rotation right now.
