Storage unit was broken into and wiped out and management acted like they was helping out but after speaking with Akron Police Akron Police says they've warned them and told them to get the security cameras so they will at least have something to go off of once a unit is broken into but they have failed to do so. Taking care less all they want is rent every month and it's went up twice in a year what they're paying for I don't know because they have no security whatsoever security guard comes for a few hours at night time but leaves before daylight.

The district manager called and basically did nothing but defend his manager, call me a liar and then brought up personal history (my divorce) which kind of was unnecessary. I feel like these people are really going to be losing a lot of business, I'm hearing tons of bad things from other people now that I'm actually looking at reviews...they are great on day 1 when they want your business, but wow are they bad after that....

When my husband entered the building the front secretary was not the friendliest. She said they were all booked. We went back to our car to double check the online platform. Sure enough it doesn't mention anything but that it's available, asks hours we'd like to rent etc. Even has a little blurb to "save money rent this now"- which is a good thing we didn't or we would've been s.o.l. Would be nice if the online platform truly reflected the availability.
