I had the need to take my car closer for service because my brakes were shot. Heather was friendly, welcoming, and exceptionally helpful and the pricing was very affordable. I immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day after having a conversation with Heather. I made arrangements for a 4pm pickup because they looked very busy and I just knew it would be awhile. When Heather called me to advise me my vehicle was ready at 1:30pm, I was surprisingly happy and walked back around the corner to retrieve my vehicle. I'm quite pleased with the great service, knowledgeable and friendly personnel, and quality of work. I'll definitely be going back next month for tire replacement- those prices are outstanding too! They suggested preventative maintenance which I was happy to approve because waiting until it's bad usually costs twice as much or more. I did not feel taken advantage of, they made me feel comfortable. After I picked my vehicle up, when I got closer to home the low tire warning light came on. My wife called Kari who gave suggestions. Why couldn't they answer the phone to tell me this? And then once I ordered my tires and scheduled an install, they couldn't install due to my lug nuts being too tight! The guys at auto are not helpful with solving problems. They're just have excuses for everything. Learned my lesson.

I had a flat, I had a tow company come and put my donut on and they put the damaged tire in my car because I needed to show it to the dealership where the tires were purchased your tire center took my tire from my trunk never in my life, have I ever heard of such a thing. I returned home at 9 PM the next morning Monday, January 23 I tried calling your Center all day long and no one answered hoping at least I could have a picture of the damaged tire to show the dealership and maybe I could get a new tire for it so now I am out one tire. I paid for a tire from you. I will be calling corporate to file a complaint.

Tony is a very nice guy and is honest about what he has. He is not going to sell you a car that he knows will break down on your way home. I purchased a BMW 335xi and it's a great car but it's still a BMW and has the same problems that all BMWs have. I knew this going in because I did my research. That being said, Tony up front told me all the things that were done to the car, all the service it had, all the things that could go wrong later. He also gave me a great deal on the car I traded in because it wasn't crap. I would come here again, it was a quick and easy experience and I'm happy to have spent my time and money here.

I purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKC from this lot about 7 months ago. After exactly 91 days the…read moretransmission went. Well I purchased a warranty from them so I thought I would be OK, WRONG! It took 3 Months to the day to get my car back from the Lincoln dealer because the warranty company had them rip the transmission apart to prove what the problem was then ordered a cheap transmission from I don't know where to have the Lincoln guys install. Insult to injury was I still had to pay just under 800.00 out of pocket I only had a 100.00 deductible so not sure where the other 700.00 came from. On top of that I have the car back for one day and I see the paint peeling from around the back window as if it was a cheap paint job gone wrong. Don't walk away from this car lot RUN!
