I had to share the gym with just one other person (my friend who I was visiting)! It was very clean and had practically all the equipment you could need to get massive gains. If you're not a member, hurry and sign up before this secret oasis is found by the people of Helena. By the way, there is an entirely separate yoga room that hits different. The rates were great, and upon joining I received some one on one time with a personal trainer. The equipment is always new - they are constantly putting in new machines and trading out used ones. Several Cybex machines/weights - all made to be easy on your body and supporting proper technique. Plus, unlike Helena's other gyms - this place isn't overrun by tiny tots or teeny boppers trying to impress anyone. It's a limited membership (18 and older, though I think at age 20 I was one of the youngest working out here). The staff is all very helpful and will help you meet goals, and record them - they provide you with a personal file that you can pull out and use each time you're there, complete with training logs. Shower and locker rooms are always clean, too. I haven't been there in a few months, but I hear they're expanding the location to also provide classes and such? Better yet!

I had thought I had communicated this to management and since I hadn't heard back, I thought they had canceled my membership. No mail from them, no email, no calls/voicemail. This month, I received a letter from a collection agency for over $500 stating I owed crossroads this much. I never changed addresses, phone or email since I had signed up - there was no reason not to contact me and correct my mistake for many months... Nice front desk people do not make up for lack of communication or management.

If you see the Yelp bad reviews then you pass it on to the manager. Now to the complaint - the parking lot lights are off at night. Totally unsafe and I'll be reporting this to the city officials. Also no one seems to clean men's shower areas where one places shampoo. Next, I find shower curtains moved to the side. This seems to cause winged pests. People also blow snot in showers yet curtains appear rarely washed. Disgusting. Drainage areas outside of showers appear wobbly trip hazard. Lastly why no slip resistant mats outside the showers? This place needs someone like John Taffer or Gordon Ramsey (for gyms) to tell these managers how to stop these problems.
