So now our payroll and employer's taxes were in the hands of incapable, uncaring, and unreachable Fiducial staff. Employer's tax filings were missed for October and December. They wrongly drafted an employer's tax filing for the quarter prior to hiring them. I still don't know how we're going to correct that. We instructed them to increase an employee's salary by $5000 annually, and we received a reply back that "I can't do that because I don't know how much he makes. You have to tell me how much to increase his biweekly check by." The sheer incompetence of this firm will not only cost you in service fees and VEC penalties and interest, you will end up spending just as much time on payroll as you did before using their services. ...Only with Fiducial you don't have the peace of mind knowing it was actually done, let alone done right.
