The furniture and decorative pieces they brought over did not reflect the style/feel of our place in the best way. We had to send bunch of pieces back (including air mattress for a $1.5M home). Worse than that, the project manager was not open to feedback, had a very strong attitude towards everything we said. She seemed upset and annoyed (and was making us extremely uncomfortable). She was very hard to work with. There are a lot of great options in DC when it comes to staging. I would recommend trying a different company.

She has a really great eye and an attention to detail that a second to none. I mean she even will iron and steam, the wrinkles out of the tablecloth's to make sure, everything looks perfect. Try to get your wife to do that. I have been rehabbing houses for over 20 years and I pay great attention to detail and spend money and things that I know Buyers will want to make sure it is taken care of, and I focus there. And I probably would've made a lot more money and I've been affiliated with someone like Denise earlier in my career. Because you can rehab a house and make it look like a brand new house, but people will still miss the vision. staging is what new home builders do to sell dirt. Most people don't even realize that their house will never look like the model, but the model is what people because they buy with their eyes. Denise makes sure you fall in love with what you see, she understands that buying a house is an emotional decision justified by logic, every scene has to be perfect. She knows that in order for Buyers to get in the house they have to see great pictures and those great pictures can't happen without her attention to detail her prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the return you get I will definitely be using Denise for as long as I'm selling houses here in Maryland and Washington DC.
