I patiently waited for weeks and never received a refund or notification they had been received. I had to file the state return myself this morning and am scrambling to figure out a way to send in the federal, because Tod and internal income are not responding to my emails or calls. Would not recommend as they have poor customer service, and apparently I paid them for them to not do what they were supposed to. I will be filing a complaint with the IRS since they charged me for filing the amended return and never did.

Complaints have been made to her manager and they are not concerned about the dangers of this particular home care employee leaving my grandma on her own when she is suppose to be in her care. It appears she is moonlighting or something because she takes off for more than an hour and leaves my grandma alone. When I see that she has a lot of time to spare, we asked if she can give her a bath and she says she doesn't have enough time?!? But clearly she does. CASL needs to do a thorough performance review of all of their Home Care reps, or this one in particular, otherwise if anything happens during the time that they are supposed to be watching their patrons, then CASL could be sued for neglect.
