Then my mortgage company pre-paid the renewal 45 days in advance and now after nearly 60 days of calling and emailing to get my pre-paid renewal moneys returned, today they now say, after I had to call, that I need yet another document completed. This is the most incompetent bunch of agents and associates I have ever worked with. Stay away.
