And more often than not, you will get a complaint from someone in line asking them to open another window to get given the same response time and time again, "we don't have anyone." I will say inconsistent tellers when it comes to depositing checks. One week they want stamps on the back, other times an account number is sufficient, other times they just want the business name. I guess it all depends on the teller. Just wish it would be the same all across.

I was absolutely blown away by the level of service I received at this branch, especially from Jonathan Hernandez. He went far above and beyond to help me recover statements from accounts that had been closed for years. I didn't even have complete account numbers, yet somehow he patiently pieced everything together and tracked down all the documents I desperately needed. What impressed me most was the time and care he gave me, even though I'm no longer a current customer. Jonathan personally answered the phone when I called the branch directly, spent significant time helping me over the phone, and continued assisting me when I came in person. The entire branch has a genuinely friendly and welcoming atmosphere. This is the kind of customer service that used to be common years ago but is incredibly rare today.
