MAKE SURE you hold onto your deposit slip, you may need it…read more Don't get me wrong, I love US Bank as a company, this review is solely towards the Crossville, TN branch. I try to do any banking BEFORE I visit Crossville so that I can avoid this branch. They have lost two separate deposites. Losing a deposite once is human error, it's terrible, but human error happens and I understand that. Losing a deposite TWICE at the same branch MONTHS apart... That seems to be a sign of poor quality control. Both times after many long phonecalls and multiple trips back and forth to the branch, they found my deposite and told me that apparently the teller dropped it behind her desk. They were very apologetic and the most recent time the corporate office even placed $25 in my account to make amends. Just to clarify, I LOVE US Bank, this review is specific to the Crossville, TN branch. Both times everything was fixed in the end, but I avoid this branch whenever possible, and if I can't avoid it I hold tightly to my deposite slips just in case. Just out of curiousity I googled the Crossville, TN branch, and found this slew of negative reviews ON THE USBANK WEBSITE concerning the Crossville, TN Branch. Regions is a joke and so is their fraud department. The fraud department locked me out of my card…read moretwice, even though I responded to their text messages confirming that it was me who made the purchases. The second time I had to call them 3x to unlock my card. The second person actually hung up on me after telling me that my card was not locked. Then I get hacked.... I had to go into the branch and set up all new accounts. Everything was fine until I got my computer straightened out and wanted my online access back. I go to the branch and let the person know that my computer was all set and she reset my online user name and password to new ones. Then this member asks me if I wanted to set up a password so I can give it if I ever need to call Regions and they will talk to me. Awesome! I did as much! I get home and I am only able to access my online banking 3x before the fraud department locked me out so I call them up. First the fraud department tells me that I need to go back into the branch and show my id to verify its me. Now, I live 30 minutes to the closest branch and its my day off. I call the branch about 30 minutes after they opened. They kept picking up the phone and hanging it up. I finally get someone around 11:30. They tell me the member I was working with was with someone and I gave them my new number and asked them to call me back. They did not. While I was there the next day doing work related business, I stopped at the workers cubical and they told me that they would need to put in a ticket for me and that I should have my access back within 24 hours. I received a phone call the next morning telling me that my online account should be good to go. WRONG!!! I still hadn't received access by my lunch break at 4:30pm so I went over there. Wrong move on my part. I was sitting with the employee in their cubical and told them that I still did not have access. They asked me if I called the number that popped up for the fraud department. So I call them up. After answering all their questions to verify my identity, they are wanting to send me a verification code to my email that I can no longer access. As I am trying to recover my email account the person on the other end of the phone is pushing me to give them the code. Now... mind you I have several mental disabilities which include bipolar type 2, schizophrenia, anxiety, manic depression... etc... and I am going through menopause.... I am starting to get triggered at this point. The person on the other end of the phone tells me to call back when I can gain access to the code. I start crying. I ask the banker if they can change my email on file so that I can call back and get the code. I even apologize for crying. They change it for me and I call back. I explain to the fraud department once again what had happened to me and my story. This person started to tell me that no ticket was ever put in and no confirmation email was ever given stating that the ticket was handled. The banker introduces themselves and asks the person on the phone if it would help them if they told them what time they received the confirmation email. The person on the phone tells the worker that they can not speak with them then tells me that he cant send me a verification code because my email was just changed recently. I put my head in my hands and said in a low, quiet voice, "you've got to be f...ing kidding me". I take a deep breath and pick my head up. The banker leaves the cubical and I start to raise my voice telling the person on the phone that I knew for a fact that a ticket was put in and that I was right there when it happened and that I was 2 minutes away from closing my accounts. The second that came out of my mouth, I get told from behind me that I needed to leave. It was a different person than that of the one I was working with. I was dumbfounded and in disbelief. I told them that their fraud department sucked and they told me to leave now. Soooo I let everyone in that branch know just what I thought of their fraud department as I was being escorted out the door. They called my work. Told my boss that I was in their branch yelling and swearing and that they did not want me back there in uniform ever again, not even to drop off the deposits in the drop box when no one is there. There went my promotion I was up for.
