Nice quiet location, I was greeted and helped right away. They don't use deposit or withdrawal slips so you go straight to a teller which I liked. Orlando was able to get me cash and get a new card ordered for me in a few short minutes. I have only positive things to say about this location!

a friendly warning: to anyone considering opening an account…read morewith rbfcu...don't! their fraud prevention department is a complete joke!!! i was recently hit with close to $1,200.00 in fraudulent charges from stubhub for hockey tickets in las vegas!! not only did they not flag these suspicious charges but once i brought the fraud to their attention and they initially refunded all of the charges, they then reversed the refunded charges without any notice. cleaning out my entire checking account, causing subsequent overdraft fees on top of it!!! i called the fraud department for an explanation. they assured me that they would launch an investigation in an effort to refund my stolen money. today, i received a multi-paged document stating that the refund reversal will stand and that my funds will not be returned!!! my effort to support a local credit union has cost me over one thousand dollars! come monday, i'll be going into my local branch and withdrawing all of my funds! i refuse to bank with an institution that is incapable of protecting my deposits! i work closely with the public and intend to trash rbfcu to anyone who will listen! rbfcu has made a very vocal enemy.

This bank decided to change their bill pay software. All of…read morethe credit cards, phone bill, internet service, etc. bills that were being automatically paid got screwed up. I started receiving emails and phone calls asking why i had not paid my bills. When they converted, they gave the accounts weird names like my Mastercard showed up as SWE card. I had to make several phone calls and all i got was "Sorry". The final straw was my cell phone bill is not able to be automatically paid so I will have to monitor and go in every month and change the payment amount. And, all the payment history is gone. Terrible system.
