This bank decided to change their bill pay software. All of…read morethe credit cards, phone bill, internet service, etc. bills that were being automatically paid got screwed up. I started receiving emails and phone calls asking why i had not paid my bills. When they converted, they gave the accounts weird names like my Mastercard showed up as SWE card. I had to make several phone calls and all i got was "Sorry". The final straw was my cell phone bill is not able to be automatically paid so I will have to monitor and go in every month and change the payment amount. And, all the payment history is gone. Terrible system.

Eventually as I was leaving they finally opened another teller but the manager should've addressed the line sooner and at least apologized for the lengthy delay. It's sad that poor customer service is a more common occurrence. I've never had this happen at another branch.
